The drawer seems a little tough to push in or pull out, drawer turns into dual basket with the add of a rack, making it possible to make 2 dishes at 1 time. The recommended temp is a huge help. Love the shake /flip notifications to make sure food is flipped and cooked evenly! I bought this at a very amazing price through Best Buy deals! This product is a wonderful add to any kitchen.
