One thing to note, be careful in the direction you use your wash brush to clean the pull-out bottom. There are little rubber bushings (protect metal shelf from scraping metal pan) that want to fall if you scrub in the wrong direction. Loose those and you will scratch the non-stick surface and open up the potential for rust.

Neat Lil' Fryer

I did some research and this one had very good reviews. I have used it a few times, cooking various meats and vegetables. So, I love it! It cooks evenly. My meats are very tender and moist. I would definitely recommend it!

But my husband for the hundedth time asked again, I gave in, and OMG it is wonderful. My husband is pleased with all the meal I prepared.
