Unfortunately the "soft touch" controls worked inconsistently at first, and now barely at all--it's not possible any longer to control the temperature or the time. Carefully cleaning the control surface hasn't helped. I bought it within the last year but I'm well outside the return period, so I'm stuck with it. Still works great, just has to be watched as it really can't be changed from 15 minutes/400 degrees. The rubber (silicone?) tabs on the cooking surface aren't bonded to it in any way, so I've already lost one (of four). Also, use it outside--it will stink up the whole house if you don't have a good vent!
