The dual basket is a huge plus when trying to cook two different items at once. Also the fact that it’s two small baskets and not one huge one makes it super easy to clean in smaller sinks like mine.

Doesn't cook or crisp well and a mess to clean

First, the design of the baskets is terrible. They are narrow and deep so, although the capacity of basket is good, you have to stack the food up so it does not cook evenly and does not crisp because the air can't circulate well. Second, the baskets are hard to clean. Most air fryers I have owned have a mesh basket inside that keeps the air circulating around the food and makes them easy to clean because you can remove the mesh basket. This does not have that. There is only a small elevated plate in the bottom you have to kind of pry out to clean when you're done. Last, things do not crisp in this air fryer. We tried chicken nuggets, fries, skinless chicken breasts, etc and they all come out looking microwaved, not crisp or browned. These are all items we'd made many times before in other air fryers. Overall, this fryer is just non-functional and useless.

RUST FRY

Says that it is dishwasher safe. After one load through it rusts. Pretty much if you don't hand wash, and INSTANTLY dry it it will start to rust.

It takes forever to airfry anything. When using both baskets they randomly shut off, and the touch screen is hard to use. I don‘t recommend it at all.

Using each basket separate is confusing, I guess reading directions would make it easier.
