You can watch everything cook. It makes perfect bacon -- dark ends without being burned like they can when broiled. I made fresh salmon in it and it was excellent: cooked through not dry on the inside. I highly recommend it and I'm picky. Note I got this before Xmas on sale for $99. Wish I had bought two.

It does however have an order when it's first used but I guess it'll go after using it a couple more times. It's great for when my wife wants to cook something fast and healthy. Really impressed. Will be cooking more things using this. Still learning how to use but worth it

the best product ever

This device works so well that it is used by the little ones in the home to cook. It allows us to perform multiple tasks while frying food that normally took a long time and also does it with very small amounts of oil. I won the lottery buying it for my wife.
