Fries were still very soggy and raw after 45min . Returned because it didn’t meet my expectations.

My dislikes, however, are; 1) basket is too large to fit in a dishwasher. 2) the basket comes with air vents in base so you can’t drain the grease from it without it leaking out through air vents and making a mess.

Chefman TurboFry Touch 8 Qt. Air Fryer Poor Choice

Eventually the burning smell turned to an actual something burning in the electronics. I returned it.

Strong chemical odor, poor quality control

There is also an extremely strong chemical odor that has not gone away after 2 days and multiple times running the machine without food.

Good at cooking

Product power cord where it goes into the unit had a short that required me to wiggle it in order to work. Cooking was great, maybe there is an issue with the units, or whoever put this one together didn’t do such a great job.

Uneven cooking

Now I can not return it since best buy has a 15 day trial and I just tried it since I was out of town. So with that said go to Costco. Return policy 2 years. Not 15 days! Not enough time to know how the product works.

Poor quality

Sounded like the fan inside the unit was hitting against some of the other parts. Return process was easy. Ended up purchasing another brand that was slightly higher in price. What a difference in quality.

Called Best Buy but they did not help me either. Advised me to call the manufacturer. SAD
