This is a total piece of garbage, do not buy at any price. The shelf handle broke the first time it was used, the rubber stoppers are a bad design and come off constantly, the front panel doesn't work well at all and requires extremely hard presses to respond. After spending 3 mins to get the cooking settings correct it does a great job cooking but then getting the shelf out to clean it requires a fork because the cheap handle welds broke immediately. Steer clear of this product.

I'm only getting ving two dates because once opening my air fryer, it didn't come with the grease tray NOR instructions. I will be returning for replacement. Other than that, I like the look of it, and it's huge!!

I recommend to buy one. The wire needs to be longer.

Makes a vibrating noise at the top of the unit…seems as though the stainless top is not made of good material. I have to sit something on top of the unit to stop the noise of rattling.

This may have lasted a year before it just died. I would not recommend.

Not impressed. I’ve had it since June and I’ve waited to really get some use in it before I post my opinion. First big CON is the removable pan that comes with has 4 small rubber pieces on the edges. These pieces have ALL fallen off during cleaning and basically gone forever. I don’t understand the concept behind making them removable!! I believe there purpose is for grip ?? It doesn’t cook veggies the best, it burns them quickly! No matter the size or shape I cut them I can’t figure out how to make them not burn before their cooked all the way.

Died in 17 months. Very light use. But after 17 months it won’t turn on any more

Air fryer does not have an off button. You have to literally un plug off the wall in order to turn off. Make a bit of a noise and have to put something on top for it not to do the noise, such as a cup or plate.

I purchased because it was on sale. It doesn't have a lot of cooking option. It does get the job done but its not the best air fryer I owned.

This air fryer stop working within a year so I'm giving it a thumbs down I have to give one star it deserve zero stars

Well built and stylish, but unfortunately ended up having to return to the store, because of the capacity deffinlealty not suitable for a family. I think it's more suitable for couples.

It took almost 2 weeks to receive this air fryer, and it turns out the plus button is not working... so how do I add time or temperature ? very disappointing... this makes me wonder that the quality of the touch screen is poor... the pro is the sound is not noisy.

It smells like its burning up, I was hoping after 5 uses it wouldn't smell bad still It's hard shutting off, it stays on

I got the fryer on time for a christmas present for my husband. When he went to use it a couple weeks later, we saw there was no frying rack included. I don't know if this was a return or what, but you literally can't do anything without that rack. It was too late to return to bestbuy. ( they only give you 13days for returns on this). I have tried contacting chefman directly and have still gotten no responses. I cant even find a replacement rack to buy because we hot the 8qt and the largest replacement I can find is the 6.

While it served its purpose of occasional use, it died after 2 years.

Was alright the first couple uses , washed the bin & broke. It’s okay though ordered the bigger one off Amazon and works perfect!

I love the look of the unit, however the basket door is a little hard to push in and pull out. It works great only that one issue.

One big problem. DO NOT GET OIL ON Outside of the Airfryer. It will remove the words on top of lid. I now dont have the preheat words due to the oil has deleted it.

I prefer an all in one with toaster oven; rotisserie. This is ok for air frying doesn't take up a lot of space.
