Door kinda hard to close and delayed response to buttons

It worked fine 14 months only. You need to buy an extended warranty

We love this air fryer for the first few days; however, it stopped working in two weeks.

Too bulky take up too much space and look nice it just too high tech for I to operate

The non-stick does last very long but otherwise a deft air fryer.

Within a couple of uses the metal "handle" on the tray broke off and 2 of the silicon covers to protect the basket from being scratched fell off and went missing. The silicon covers seem like an extreme choking hazard. Will return. Enjoyed the food we cooked.

This was very nice at first. We did struggle with it staying off while closing drawer. After 18 months it just stopped working. There were no signs that it would die.The chord was not loose, everything seemed fine previous to it stopping.

Smaller than I would like. Used it once. Don't use it anymore.

I believe it could have more settings is a big machine to only do o e thing.

Build quality is good. Takes quite a bit of time to properly cook fish

It has been about 6 months since i purchased this item. I received the wrong model. It was to be all "stainless steel" but it's not.Right from the start there were issues. The time and temperature was extremely finicky and had to be touched a certain way along with the other buttons or they wouldn't work. It took a very long time to heat/cook food compared to a smaller, older, cheaper model I had. Now it doesnt work at all! The screen stays lit up but it doesnt matter how or how many times you press the buttons, it will not start! With all the great reviews, I expected better. I am so disappointed! I definitely would NOT recommend.

This air fryer produced loud fan noises. I tested out with a frozen pizza. At time, fan made a skidding noise. I may have got a defective one. The item was returned back to the store the next day. The pizza turned out ok beside the noises.

I have used several air fryers over the last few years and this looks to be the best one yet. The very large capacity answers the biggest complaint I have had about previous fryers. By their very nature, these need to be big. But this does a good job of balancing size & capacity. In fact, I don't think I have seen one with a larger capacity yet. Cleaning is very easy. The included time guidelines are actually very accurate. As for ease of use, the touch controls are clear and easy to understand. Also, the touch controls (as compared to most other air fryers that use a dial) allows for more functions. There are a ton of air fryers on the market as they have become very popular. But as someone who has used these for a few years I would say do yourself a favor and go top of the line with this Chefman. If you go with a small one with less features you will quickly outgrow it and wish you had gone with this one in the first place. Easily recommended!

Pretty disappointed with this air fryer. Buttons are difficult to set correctly. It sometimes doesn’t read the input immediately and then catches up and blast through the temperatures and cycles back to the lowest setting. Also food doesn’t cook evenly.

It broke down after a few weeks of use. There was an electrical error, I'm currently trying to return it and get a new one. It was a real shame considering it looked very nice. Hopefully if I get a new one it will be better than this one.

Not very good , not the one I expected. Will not recommend it!

I was so excited to use my air fryer and I was so disappointed with this appliance, I bought the gigger one because I have a big family and that way I would be able to cook more at a time, but it does not work as expected.

Spend a little more money and go with a better brand.

This was our 3rd chefman air fryer. First one lasted about 2 years, the second lasted a few months and this one came out of the box with an E1 error. Wanted to like it. We even called the company about the first 2 and they offered 20% off a new one. I'm sure this would have been nice if working but they all seem to have a built in wiring obsolescence. Enjoy it while it lasts!
