As far as air fryers go, this one is really nice. It is probably one of the better looking fryers on the market and will fit in to any kitchen that features stainless appliances. Unboxing was a snap. The fryer is pretty much preassembled and ready to go out of the box. I gave the instructions a once over noting that they recommend that you run it once or twice outside to get rid of the very strong plasticy/electronic smell that this thing puts off. In actuality it takes several cycles for it to become tolerable. Plugging in and operating the unit is a breeze. Personally, I don't think the cooking times in these manuals is long enough and I often add several minutes. The touchpad is responsive and easy to use. All of the parts are dishwasher safe which really makes cleanup easy. I was happy to get this large version because I like to entertain for sporting events, usually having people over every other week or so. I like to make a big mess of wings or appetizers and this air fryer does a good job of handling larger meals. The only problem I have, and this is with all air fryers, is that the food never gets crispy enough for me and I often have to cook it for a very long time before it gets well done. I realize that this is a personal preference, but I like my fries and wings crispy. All in all this is a solid unit that performs extremely well for what it is designed to do. I would absolutely recommend.

Touch screen has a short not working right. Have to return it for another one.

Awful. Bought this on “sale” on Black Friday just to have it smell like burnt plastic and make all of my food taste like burnt plastic. I’ve tried using it several times and have tried fixing the smell with several different methods and nothing has worked.

Touch buttons are not very responsive! Works well otherwise

Broke after few months of use, the door stopped closing and you actually need to push/hold the handle for it to operate. Warranty department is non existent, been 3 weeks calling and sending emails with no resolution or reply back. I’d shop a different brand next time

Arrived with dent in handle. First time cooking and the nonstick coating came off! All I cooked was sweet potato fries. Sent an email to the company and got automated respond stating someone will get back 1-2 business days. It's been over a week and no response from the company. Horrible company to deal with. Will never buy this brand again!

Had is over 2years now works good, but touch screen glitches sometimes

I bought this air fryer in October 2020 and since the first use it has only caused me problems with the cooking programing. Time and temperature change randomly. Also, the buttons don't respond as it should. This is nothing more than a beautiful piece of junk.

Bought this late December. Start using it in Febuary A few weeks ago it just shut off. I did contact Chefman they sent an email saying someone would be in touch in a few days that was 2 weeks ago.

WARNING: Do not waste your time and buy this product!! Out of the box and it NEVER worked. I read a lot of people has this issue. Their customer is support has NOT responded in over 10 days. Obviously they don't care about their consumer!

this is a burned down house just waiting to happen , it literally turns on by its self, it changes modes and temps , literallly has a mind of its own , would not suggest anyone to buy it, very scary

My airfryer stopped working, I bought it in December 2021, I don't recommend buying it.

Very disappointed. Both outer and inner box has been damaged and had large gauge upon arrival. Therefore, air fryers operating condition is unknown. Since this a gift it will not be tested until after Xmas.

DO NOT BUY. Out of the box, when I tried to use it, it said E-9 Error. There is no phone support for the product. Tried email support who responded after 7 days. I don't like to buy products with no support

I last 13 months and suddenly turned off by it self, no power out of warranty by one month.

It's really a bad air fryer we tried it once and we got french fries half burned and half raw.

Best Buy you disappoint more and more as the years go by. You sell more then what you can fulfill. I knew when I bought this I should have just paid a little more and bought it off Amazon.
