The only drawback is the time of cooking that mention in the manual. It took almost double my time on my chicken drumsticks. It is easy to use and easy to clean.

It cooks as expected however there's limitations to cook options. It's not very friendly to try to cook outside of using the chicken fries or beef button. Otherwise- it looks fancy, sharp look.
