It's not a Christmas movie following the lines of way to many "Christmas Carol" movies. Tim Allen was very good in his good guy, or at least trying, persona, almost equally as good as the not so good guy. Movie is about an empty-nester couple trying to handle their first Christmas as empty-nester. Story line runs through many emotions from selfpity, to selfishness to finally an awakening to realizing how much better sharing and unselfishness can make Christmas.

Funny, if somewhat silly, movie about getting buried in the details and forgetting about the deeper meaning of Christmas. Was a big hit with my visiting family - so I sent them all copies (from BestBuy.com, naturally!)

Christmas with the Kranks is 1 of my all time Christmas movie ever, its such a feel good kind of movie, I watch it at least twice every year. The jokes never get old and Bring Frosty back.

This is a good movie and nice for the Holidays. Tim Allen is just as funny as ever.

A good break from my Christmas faves of a serious nature. I finally watched this one last year and LOL quite a bit. Definitely a good one to add to a Christmas collection.
