I never understood why someone would want this until I got it. It consolidates all of my apps, and the UI is clean.

I've switched over from the Apple ecosystem to Google. Let me tell you, its no Apple TV 4k but it gets the job done and for more than half the price.

Good little streaming device for the price since it can stream in 4K but it is flawed with some minor bugs. I think after an update this could be the best streaming device on the market.

The Chromecast was very easy to set up and has an easy to use interface. I am very happy with it and would recommend it.

I love the chromecast devices over amazon fore tv devices. The interface is very fast and not choppy like the fire tv's, plus it seems to be compatible with all streaming software that I want to try. The only downside is the internal storage is only 4GB, so it goes pretty fast if you are looking to use a ton of apps. I also purchased the ethernet adapter to allow a hardwired connection. Streaming 4k and Wi-Fi is 100% reliable.

Works flawlessly! Strongly recommend. Very easy to use even if you’re technically challenged.

Upgraded from the first gen google chromecast and it is so much faster

The included tv streaming was limited in speed, quality and storage. This solved all those.

It has a great looking menu system and very easy to use. The addition of the remote is what makes this new Chromecast a winner.

My small bedroom tv is super fast smart tv . This is far best smart tv google have . Better than firetv i just got rid of .

We bought so we don’t have to different remotes and keep everything in one device. Just wish it had Attv NOW APP.

I love the new Google Chromecast with remote. It is so nice to be able to scroll through shows with the remote.

if you have a non-smart tv, or the smart features are slow and clunky like on samsungs Tizen OS this is a great option. it provides input and volume control so you dont really need the TV remote other than to adjust settings. for the most part it is quick to load apps and content suggestions are spot on!

So happy that Google finally came out with a chrome cast with it's own interface. It was so annoying having to cast stuff from your phone or tablet to the TV just to get smart features if you didn't have a smart TV or your TV didn't have a particular app, like HBOMax. This interface is beautiful and makes you finally feel like you have everything at your fingertips. I wish the remote wasn't white. It makes it easy to find but hard to keep clean. I guess that's not that big of a trade off.
