It was very easy to setup and like the design of the new UI

Google Tv is a gamechanger. I have a smart tv, but opted to use this instead as it is MUCH faster and keeps everything all in one UI. I can also game on it

My parents have an older Sony TV that doesnt have an smart functionalities. They didn’t like how older Chromecasts needed a cell phone/tablet to use and wanted a remote. This turned out to be a perfect purchase for them for its ease of use, great connectivity to Netflix, Disney+, and Apple TV.

I've bought 5 of them. 3 for myself and 2 as gifts. Great value with excellent app support. The user interface is snappy and Google services integration is the best. The YouTube app is updated much more often than on fire or apple devices. The Ethernet adapter is a must for Stadia support.

Easily the best smart stick available. The user interface is clean and simple. If you already have a Google (or YouTube) account it makes setup of this device quick.

This great cost-effective streaming conduit is affordable, easy to navigate and hidden. I used to use apple tv and the premium price for those devices is absolutely unreasonable in comparison to this chromecast. The only nuisance with the chromecast is its lack of customizability and the interface can at times be clunky to operate. That said, for its price, it is a no brainer

Pros: Everything but the remote Cons: Remote The device itself is quick, responsive,and it does a great job curating content from all your services in one place. I'd consider ditching Roku and buying 3 more of these if not for the remote. Maybe I'll get Shield TV and sideload the Google TV UI. The remote is definitely the weakest link. It's small, slick, and easy to lose. The ergonomics just aren't there. I prefer the Roku d-pad to the wheel on this. The buttons are a hard, slick plastic rather than rubberized. It lacks dedicated fast forward and rewind buttons. The divot on the back of the remote should also line up with the"okay" button on the front. I hate to harp on the remote so much but TV should be intuitive and enjoyed without having to consciously think about controlling it. This would be 5 stars if not for the remote

This is so easy to use and is very easy to hook up

WiFi chip went out on my TV so i couldn't stream anymore. With this low cost investment I was able to start streaming again and I gained access to more options. Also, elected me to connect with Goggle Home.

I already have a smart tv fully loaded with apps, but im slowly adopting the google ecsystem so wanted give this a try. Overall, its solid, but probably a small downgrade from just using LGs built in apps. My biggest issues, its noticeably slower, and not as smooth. Apps take much longer to get a video pumping out than i expected, amazon prime videos taking the longest for some reason. I can click on a video on prime and it loads for 30-50 seconds before playing. The navigation is locked at 60hz, my TV is 120hz, so just browsing on the chromecast vs LG looks much worse. Negatives aside, i love the recommendations tab, the watch tab, and the continue watching tab, they're very convenient. All the shows you're watching across all apps show up on the main menu, vs having to open each app. I usually watch multiple shows at once, so this makes it so much easier so i dont forget any. Overall, its a solid device. If you have a smart tv already like myself, the tabs i mentioned above is worth buying this for by itself.

It's great!!! I have other streaming devices, that are 3 times as expensive and they do not compare to the Chromecast. It takes a little bit to get used to, but then it's smooth sailing. There are a few things I wish it did, like a last channel button when using Live TV, but that's nothing for the price! YOutubeTV is pretty good too

great replacement for smart tvs that have slowed down with their built in software also makes it easy to connect any device i wanna chromecast from!

I found this product to be very useful especially on a TV that is not a smart tv. The Item was delivered to my address in a timely fashion. I am very satisfied with this product. I would also recommend this product to a friend and that they make the purchase at bestbuy. I really like this chromecast with the remote. Excellent product.

Great experience with the Google TV interface. Very user friendly and integrates very well if you use Youtube TV like I do as it will provide you with all the live content from the app on the "Live" tab. All the most common apps have worked perfect and I have had zero issues with it.

I got this for my smart tv app that was not working and hook this up and have no issues and it is smoother than the one that was integrated with my television

I love this little Google Tv! It is Android based, so there's tons of options for entertainment, including games! 8 Gb of memory seems plenty, but can be filled up quick. Has all the apps you need in Google Play store. Remote easy to use and responsive. Great cord cutter!
