This is the best streaming device I own. Irs simple to use, displays all the video formats I use, and finally comes with a remote. The only thing is change is that I'm not really a fan of the single format in general.

Absolutely great I find it better then paying for cable. Easy to set up fast without the ethernet cable converter. If your paying for Netflix, Hulu, etc... this is your best option.

Has Google TV, which was my main reason for buying it. Had a tcl with roku and recently got a tcl with google tv and liked the Google tv much better than roku, so bought this for my other dumb TV. Cons: When setting to 4k 30hz, it'll revert back to 1080p for some reason which I haven't figured out yet. Others online also seem to have the same problem. I also use a generic usb c to gigabit ethernet adapter to make it hard wired. It dropped the wired connection a couple of times when it goes to sleep and wakes back up, had to power off and on for it recognize the adapter again. Also read this happens to others. Solution for me was to disable the sleep timer. Also, can't seem to control it from my phone, so if I lose the remote, probably would need to buy another. Can't seem to cast from my phone to it either. I hardly ever cast anything, so doesn't bother me, but not sure if it's due to the ethernet adapter or what, but won't work and i dont care enough to try it on wifi. Other than that, works as expected.

Have been using for around a month. Trying to get away from cable. Google TV's interface is modern, easy to navigate. The hardware works great, no issues. WiFi is solid. I only wish the controller wasn't so slippery.

Still going strong after 3 years. Love this thing compared to Amazon Fire sticks, not sure what it is but I just like the Android system a lot better. I have installed an app called SmartTube Next on it and it's great, YouTube with no ads, it's a game changer! It's very quick and responsive, I also use it with a projector that doesn't have native netflix support. If your TV is only 1080p, then of course just go with the 1080p version but the 4K processing power might make it a smoother browsing experience.

Bought the Chromecast with Google TV two years ago and still using it with few to no issues...could not be happier.

Best version of Google chromecast. Love that it has a remote and waay to install anywhere.I really loke it bundle all your favorite tv streaming services together and faster access to watch your picks .

Overall, works well. However, it does tend to have a problem trying to reconnect with the Wi-Fi if the Chromecast is turned off often. A hard reset of the unit solved the issue. I have an older version on another tv, but it doesn't have this problem. Still happy with the Chromecast.

I have several Apple TVs, but decided to purchase this one for the guest room, due to the price differences. Works as good as the Apple TV. The only downside is all the advertisement, but once you click on one of the apps the advertisements go away.

This is a great system for streaming. The only issue I had was connecting this to hotel networks. I was never able to connect it to any even after talking with the Hotel Techs.

This is an excellent streaming device for anyone, especially someone already into the Google ecosystem. Expandable due to the use of USB C, All my content, old school emulators, Stadia, GeForce Now. What's not to love

For those who don't have a smart TV and do not want to buy a new one, this is the answer. Works great for all streaming services. If I had to be critical on anything is that the remote is VERY limited.

Getting better and better. Was a little tricky getting Dolby Vision and Atmos to work on Netflix. Doesn't seem to support those on some apps like my Xbox does but it's really nice for casual viewing. I have a Logitech remote system but I do keep this lil remote out for the voice functions.

Nice interface and easy to setup. Requires a google home account to be created.

Got tired of connecting my compute to the TV. This makes it easier to watch channels or programs that are on the smart tv. Have a little trouble with PBS Passport - but that could be user error.

This is a great streaming device. If I hadn’t gotten a TV that has Google TV built in, I wouldn’t have gotten rid of it. Everything is responsive and I’m a big fan of the remote.

It is a great product because it is so easy to use. No issues since I have purchased it. Better than a chrome set because you don’t need to use your phone to stream.

We Love it, I like to use my phone watch a lot things but some have Messages and call me we stop my watch the items but when use chromecarst to my tv , my phone able to do other things. It is very easy to use.
