I really enjoy that they added a free game section to the app lineup, I can also speak my request for shows.The only downside is I still need my TV remote to turn the power off and you can't access their Stadia platform.

Definitely worth the step up

I am not disappointed at all and in many ways feel this is what will dethrone the fire sticks. I have a few 4k fire sticks and think it may be time to switch over to the Google Chromecast. These are way more responsive in my opinion and quicker to launch the apps, the remote is a lot sleeker and feels more comfortable and best of all I can cast my phone/media way more efficiently and quicker to my TV. This was definitely a big leap for Google Chromecast, I am very satisfied with this upgrade.

Finally a clean, easy way to view all the streaming services. I also love that I can turn on/off my tv and AV receiver with this remote

Gave 1 star less as in numerous apps the directional pad either works as forward/reverse or left/right arrows and not both. Wish it had dedicated forward/reverse and l/r arrows. Also a dedicated play/pause is needed for the same reason.

Have an LG with WEBOS and couldn't get HBO Max on TV but can on phone. It also enhanced the TV a bit with casting. Good Product and can be used anywhere.

Only problem is you need to find an outlet but always one near the TV.

We have the device currently but do not have the one with the remote! This will make it better than having our phone necessary to use the device!
