Had a bit of difficulty installing it to find out that it had a defect. Went to Best Buy and had a smooth exchange and was able to install it successfully!

Posted .Hi HoughNStuff, thanks for letting us know that you had an issue with your Chromecast with Google TV when casting from an Oculus 2. Unfortunately, Oculus is not officially compatible with Chromecast devices and it may or may not work. However, while using an Oculus device on a compatible Android phone, you may be able to mirror the phone's display to show at the same time on your Chromecast.

Switching accounts on any of the google apps is a horrible long and tedious process. YTTV, YT, YTMusic
