Remote is lacking

There are no dedicated buttons for FFW or REW so you end up having to navigate to those functions within each app by using the wheel on the remote. It takes too long and requires too many keystrokes. I no longer use this product on a regular basis.

The only reason I got this was because of it's integration with Google Home so I can stream the cameras onto my tv. but it can't even properly connect and google is not very helpful with that...
