Bought the Chromecast with Google TV two years ago and still using it with few to no issues...could not be happier.

Ended up returning it onky due to poor wifi reception in the room i needed it in, but compared to all the other systems i have used, jt was my favorite. The fact you are able to control source input and not need to rely on smart switching with HDMI-CEC or ARC/E-ARC is great. And it supports all the HDR standards as well. Ended up going witb Apple TV just because it has an ehternet versionbur if i could have kept the Chromecast, I would.

Love this otoduct. It’s easy to set up and works really well with my google home assistant. The only problem is it not compatible with our speaker bar so can’t use voice to control the volume.

Love the updated version of chromecast. There should have been a remote with the first version. I've replaced all of my Roku devices and they work great with the rest of my Google ecosystem.

We have a few Roku devices and this works just a good. Just depends on what apps you need to access.. Maybe even a little easier to use than other streaming devices. Games are also available to play.

We have used Chromecast for years and this make the entire experience much easier and better. This still allows you to cast to it but also gives you the smart TV experience without having the smart tv.

I also have a lot kf the Google/Nest ecosystem. Works great. I also think my picture quality has umproved aa wierd as that sounds.

I love to have all my streaming apps in one simple place, on the other hand, once I select something it takes me to the log in for every app, they should take a look at that. The remote works great with my tv, everything is more simple now.

Totally worth it! Never thought it would be this useful. I got a cast ultra later but it simply not compare to this one. It's much faster and smoother

It was so very easy to set up the Chromecast and start enjoying online content on a tv that had no "smart" features. Now I can watch streaming movies, music and more. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

A vast improvement over just Chromecast. To the point where you no longer even need your TV remote. That one remote replaces it all.

I upgraded from my old Chromecast with this new Chromecast with Google TV. It is awesome. I git rid of cable and now can use the remote to access all my streaming services.

I really like this new device as it packs a lot of power at a great price. The new remote control is very handy as well. No more searching for the TV remote to adjust the volume or turn off power.

This is by far the best chromecast to date. It is easy to use and a lot faster. I love the user friendly aspect of it. If you are looking for a chromecast, roku, fire this is the one to buy

I have an older TV that can't get many of the newer apps, so plugging this into the TV is a less expensive alternative than a new TV. Plus, I can take this when I'm out of town and plug it into a hotel TV and watch all my stuff while I'm away (some hotels make that easy, others make it impossible). I briefly had an Android TV and loved the interface. I was hoping the interface on this was the same, but it's different, and not as good. Setup was easy, but took a long time mostly because one of the first things it does it download an update that probably takes 15 minutes to complete. The remote is made for people with tiny hands (children? former presidents?), and the remote is super slippery. They really should texture the back of the remote so you can actually hang onto it while trying to maneuver a normal size hand to press the two bottom buttons that are way too close to the bottom of the remote to use with one hand.

Good interface and gives you suggested shows based on your viewing habits.

1. Has everything I need. HBO MAX, YouTube, Netflix. 2. Good interface. Convenient and sleek. I just wish I could mirror or stream any video from my iPhone, not just YouTube videos.
