Easy set up. All my streaming sites available to cast from my iPhone or directly from chromecast. Haven’t checked for Discovery plus yet. Can drop connection but not often. Very happy so far with my purchase

Great product for using on older devices, very quick access to all apps and no lag time accessing them. The remote is a nice addition to the product.

I did not like the UI on the Vizio Smart TV in my room, I have the Apple TV for my other one in my living room. This is very sleek and user friendly.

Purchased it because my Roku's were fighting with each other. Has been working great so far. Just as easy as the Roku.

My Chromecast device with Google was simple. It was plug and play and I was able to cast from my phone to the TV. Good buy. Well done.

overall is a good option for the ones looking to improve the performance of a tv with no android software....only reason it didn't get a 5 stars is because when its plugged into a tv it hangs on a oddly way

This was so easy to set up using my cell phone. After a short update we were streaming. We were able to stream our Oculus device

I bought this because my fire stick starting to mess up and so far it has been a way better than it. Great for side loading apps.

My 2017 high end samsung tv has the worst software ever. So when google announced this chromecast google tv device, I ordered it right away. The setup very easy to complete. This device has become the best $50 device I have bought in a while. Now I can watch Netflix, etc. in 4k/atmos/hdr directly without turning on my ps4 or xbox one--so I ended up saving some electricity also :)

Great quality and easy to use, has the google voice assistant which it makes it faster to find apps or search engines.

Absolutely love it. It does everything I was hoping it would do. Easy to use, and after a few weeks of use, I won't be going back to roku anytime soon.

Great for the price. Not as good as the more than twice as costly Apple TV. Only real drawback is the creaky hollow feeling remote compared to the work of art included with the Apple TV. Consider your ecosystem as well. Apple products don’t really cast to a chromecast. I’m using it on a Samsung tv that has airplay already though. I’d pay $20 more for one with a sturdier metal remote.

This is a great item that I purchased, I was looking for something like this for a long time. It works very well for what I am using it for.

Decided to finally buy this as most reviews have been positive. It does indeed work well and can see all of my streaming apps in one place to make browsing easier. Only a couple of complaints. The first is the remote being on the small side tends to easily slip out of my hand. This also makes it a little difficult to use volume buttons. Only other complaint is that hulu tends to glitch out. Hulu will be working fine one minute and the next minute the image blacks out with the sound still playing. I back out of the show I'm watching and then go back to it to fix issue but happens almost daily and gets annoying. Could be a software issue on Hulu's side but who knows. Other than that the product works fine and I still recommend it.

I travel for work and with the added feature allowing you to easily log into Hotel/Rv Park Wifi system made this a slam dunk easy purchase.

Been using the 2nd gen chromecast for 2 years upgrading to this was a great choice the remote really makes navigating everything super easy.

Simple setup and you are quickly enjoying the entertainment.

I could not cast without it it was great. My cable company tried to block it. But this allowed it.

Makes a dumb TV smart. Easy to set up. It is hard to tell which end is which on the remote in the dark.
