Sometimes streaming also freezes, Very rarely. Otherwise it’s cool. I find it much better than the Amazon fire tv cube I had.

I have never used google tv before - but love some of the features this brings * You can connect wireless headphones to the chromecast and listen to whatever I am watching on the TV * You can install games and play them with the controller * The device gives you suggestion on what to watch next (Waiting for multiple accounts/profiles feature - that is something missing) * The controller connects to your smart TV nicely and you can turn it on and use the volume buttons as well.

The internal storage capacity of the Chromecast with Google TV is 8gb, and while adding external storage or Secure Digital (SD) card to load content isn’t supported, there are more than 6,500 apps that you can use on Google TV.
