I opted to purchase Chromecast with Google tv over the much-expensive Apple TV, it was $100 cheaper and does the same thing even better. I highly recommend this product for high-speed streaming. The only issue I've with this product is that it doesn't have a Spectrum TV app which Apple does. Get the Spectrum TV app and watch this product sells like hot bread.

In the event the remote stops working which mine has been put through alot and still goes. You can cast and control the tv vua your phone

Getting this fixed that for me. Works great and i have no issues. Got it on sale for Black Friday too.

Using the Google TV interface requires you to log into youtube etc which is annoying. The remote feels cheap. Compared to it's competitors (amazon fire stick, roku), there isn't much that google TV adds except HBO max. However, the chrome cast functionality is a good reason to have this over other sticks.
