Easily cast content from computer Chrome browser to TV. Only downside is that the remote control buttons are super sensitive, which can induce unwanted clicks/presses

Simplifies streaming, especially in comparison with streaming from a browser tab on a laptop or from an Android app. The setup instructions seemed to miss a couple of sub-steps that would have prevented some aggravation. It took several attempts to set it up as an activity on my Harmony universal remote control.

If the TV is shut off for more than a few hours, the ONLY way this will work again is to unplug it and plug it back in. It won't turn the TV back on, and even if I turn it on manually, the Chromecast device does not function, the screen is blank. Its like it goes into some sort of standbye mode and will not come out of it without a complete restart. I've gone back to my Roku... really kinda bummed. NOTE: This seems to be a common issue based on some internet searches. Maybe a software update can fix it?

I have older model smart TV but will not do many things that the newer models can do. This device helps a lot. Setting up was bit complicated. I called the Goggle team and they were very helpful.
