Works good. Does what it should. Sometime disconnects the volume, power and input connections to the tv; but I think that may be tv related. I can't tell yet. Bought 3 of these for all our TV's, they all work fine.

It's a chromecast with an operating system. It solved the issues alot of TV operating systems have when it comes to lack of developer support since it pulls its app library from Android largely. This means that apps that aren't on your TV might be available on the chromecast with Google TV. In my short experience the answer isn't might, but generally are

I love it. So easy to use and set up. Makes using cable so much nicer.

I love this new chromecast, it is such an improvement over the old one. The voice remote is a great feature. It will find you a lot of free context especially if you sign up for Tubi as well and I am sure there is so much more there that I don't have time to find. Ha

I looooove this thing. I purposely chose this one because I need to be able to watch Crunchyroll and Viki. Also, a plus for it being white. Its pretty lol.

This is a great little device that works well for casting content from mobile devices and for watching content via Android TV. The remote works well and has a nice feel to it.

I have Apple TV, Rokus, Firesticks, etc. This is hands down a far better device. It is easy to use with a lot of tv options. The only downside is that the Wi-Fi signal can sometimes be very weak, although it seems that they have corrected the problem.

I have the original Chromecast that first came out and it has lasted 10 years. This version has come out and it is amazing. So many features that are intuitive especially if you have a Google ecosystem. Even if you have a smart TV this will make your TV even smarter. Do it.

Greatly convenient for a non-smart tv. It has all the streaming apps you want and provides access to browsers and file explorers to access content on your home network. It supports usb hubs as well for added peripherals like keyboards/mice, usb drives or a physical network jack.

Definitely helpful for me who has no cable/satellite/popular streaming service to get some live news and make my TV smart. It's not necessarily a must as there are other ways to watch live news but if you have a TV that's not smart then it's something to consider.

It's a Roku killer, and I love everything about it, no need to purchase Roku proprietary speakers, use bluetooth, use any usb doc to attach USB storage drive and play videos with VLC player, install apks or access PlayStore, YouTube Kids, it's open like any Android device.

Was between this one and an Apple Tv just because I have a wide range of Apple products and thought this might fit into the environment nicely but for a fraction of the cost, the Google Tv Chromecast is even better than I expected. Will get a second one for my bedroom TV for sure.

Easy to setup and use. Has lots of apps options. Remote is very small

Overall, Chromecast works out of the box and functions the way i imagined for streaming from my phone or tablet. I give it 5 Stars for that. The downer is that I've added to my Google Home system and when I add the Chrome cast to my music streaming, sound cuts in and out on a regular basis. 1 star for that.

Works amazing had to get these to use my sling also does my sons youtube stuff works quick nit hard to setup just a little tome consuming only diwn side is you need to plug it in to an outlet to work and the cords are tiny i would buy longer ones but its great product

Over all better than expected, but the volume control on the remote could not be synced. The remote control is a short-coming since it is not as sensitive on command sometimes, requiring harder press than normal.

The only reason why I give it 4 stars is that voice only works for the Google Home portion. I can tell Google Assistant to go to a particular app to open it, which is very helpful but it doesn't work inside of the app. Otherwise, this was a great investment, especially for what happened between our cable/satellite services. If you use Google a lot, Chromecast is best for you.

It is a four because there are really no directions to manage to go through programming, etc. The voice control is great but the manual function is hard to learn. We are still learning as there is a big curve and there is no straightforward way of learning except through trial and error.
