TV lags a bit and had to remove cache from certain apps. I had to replug it in because it was sensing the hdmi plugged in even thought it was, in fact, plugged in.

easy to use, I like it better than the roku device

The Chromecast works well for all supported apps. It delivers the best possible image with no lag. Also, it is very stable, delivering advertising on free streaming sites without crashing (which is a problem with some other devices).

Love it. My main living room TV is older and apps are getting slow. Switched to using this to resolve my issues. The remote does like to hid in the cushions.

I bought Vizio TV 3 years ago. But too much slow and bugs Vizio's cast program. So I search cast tool. Finally I found it. It is google chromecast Ver. 2 Best of best cast dongle I'll buy one more. Nop. Two more...

Streaming is good if you have Google TV. If not, then it's not worth it. No Apple TV. Doesn't combine several streaming services into one guide as the Fire TV sticks do. FireTV 4k is a better alternative. Yes it doesn't have HBO MAX but you can side load that

Google TV is probably the most exciting feature. The use of the app to help search and add features to your watchlist and letting you know (based off what you're subscribed to) what service you can find it one makes it worth the value.

Have a Roku and a Chromecast. Old Chromecast wouldn't support some videos so we got this. This model could replace the Roku but I will keep it. I like the Roku interface better. Chromecast is better at search. Can't power off of TV USB.

This chrome cast is excellent and is perfect for having the options for apps along with streaming.

Great streaming device that feels a bit more fleshed out than the other stick type streaming devices. The one complaint is pretty small memory on it, so watch how many apps you load on it. I would suggest finding a usb c hub with PD so you can add in some addional storage

We had a Roku TV but it wouldn't run many of the streaming services that we use on our other Andriod TV (SONY). With this we can leverage all our other Apps and home automation on the Roku TV.

love it. much better than others. only downfall is that it needs a usb-c hub to attach anything else. Youtube TV needs to be $10 less or get more channels.

My older smart TV became quite dumb over the years and would no longer connect to the internet. This new chromecast made it so I don't have to buy a whole new tv. All you have to do is add your streaming services and start watching.

overall fairly smooth but occasionally there is a spike of lag. great thing is, dolby vision and dobly atmos are working on most or all platforms! i have the fire tv stick 4k, ps5, built in tv android, the first gen android nexus player. I prefer to use this the most for my streaming needs.

Everything is fine, working good and compatible with several apps. recomend it

This is the streaming device that I've been waiting for! Finally a full fledged streaming experience with all the platforms. I can throw all the other sticks and dongles in the trash! HBO max, amazon prime, netflix and all the rest.

Great UI and support for all the best HDR formats for less than $100. As far as I know, this might be the only device that ticks those boxes.

The second best Android set top device behind the aging but glorious NVIDIA Shields. Great for secondary TVs around the house.

This product is excellent and makes the TV a Google TV. Has lots of apps, live channels, and launchers.
