I like the UI. The remote is tiny, which isn’t my favorite. We got this for our bedroom, where we rarely watch tv. My wife went to go turn it on today (we purchased the sunrise color Oct.10th) and it said it had corrupt data and needed to be factory reset. It’s probably been used 5 times in that month and a half. Not the best sign. Would return back to Google and just get another fire-stick in all honesty.

I own 4 of these. Turns any dumb TV to a smart TV and makes any smart tv smarter. I love the google interface. I love the included remote also. I bought this for an old samsung F8500 plasma that had an old outdated smart tv interface.

My biggest complaint with the old Chromecasts was the lack of a remote. It was always a hassle to use my phone to cast apps. With the addition of the remote and with amazing features, the Chromecast with Google TV is a homerun! Amazing picture quality, easy to use, and backed by the Google name.

Google Chromecast works great. Love the new remote that comes with it. Helps with accessing YouTube videos and Netflix when I'm ready to watch at a moments notice. Love the color, picture shows through clear. And starts connected to my network. The previous version jumped offline occasionally.

Brings Android to the TV in a compact, easy to use package. It could benefit from a slightly faster CPU or perhaps a bit more RAM, but I use it daily with minimal lag, batteries for remote are included which is nice to see. For the price? Fantastic.

Really nice way to turn any TV into a smart TV, plus it hooks up really easily to any Google accounts. I had it hooked up to a Hisense 4K TV and it was significantly faster and more reliable than the built in smart apps. The remote is a nice touch but easily falls between the cushions.

The user interface of this shows why Google is at the top of the game. So much easier to use, quick & snappy with no lag. Google makes it so easy to sign in to all your streaming apps. Can't believe this device was $50. all of the features of the $200 Apple TV 4k, and only about 25% of the cost!

The Google chromecast was easy to install and set up. Streaming from the phone or the laptop was ok. The apps that come with it were not the greatest due to them not being able to load most of the time. But overall happy with the purchase. Mainly use it to stream games in the projector anyways. Also the remote control addition is a plus. Compared to older models that have to use your phone for everything.

Great upgrade over the older Chromecast Ultra.. has apps built in now, which bring new life to an older smart TV. I use three of these on our TVs around the house and haven't had any issues. Easy to setup, and easy to cast to from an iOS or Android device (or Chrome via PC). Highly recommended!

After doing some research. i decided to pull the trigger and pick this up. This is amazing. the set up is simple and easy. to be able to watch all your streaming subscriptions on 1 platform is nice. to be able have Google Assistant and to able to see your cameras. is awesome. well done Google. well done

This chromecast combines what I love about the older chromecast with a remote and interface! I love it! It's easy to setup, use, and it works exactly as expected without lag or excessive loading times like other streaming players

Cutting the cord finally after Dish jacked my rate to $139 and removed the Bay Area Sportsnet. This Chromecast has worked flawlessly with no "spinny wheel" like the Mac users say, no lag, no pixelation and a crystal clear picture and YouTubeTV for $65 a month is HALF the price of Dish.

Is so fast(faster than some good smart tvs) and go to 4k, if you dont have an smart tv or yuo have an old one this is the Best option. I prove Amazon fire stick 4k, tv boxes, an Chromecast of 3rd generation and this one (Chromecast 4th generation) and this is they best option

This is great! it turned my old samsung tv (which had long been left behind as far as updates go) back into a smart tv! I'm able to control power/volume/input all from the remote or even voice control. I replaced a fire stick with the new chromecast and have no regrets. Con: I cannot connect the chromecast to an external bluetooth speaker when i throw movies on the outdoor projector. fix for 5 stars.

We love this chrome cast. It has a clearer crisp picture than the ROKU that we were using that quit streaming our YouTube TV. The hint is super fast. It reacts quickly to touch. Our favorite thing is one controller for everything as we were able to sync the AV receiver and TV remotes to it. Love it.

Wonderful to have a remote for the Chromecast experience now. Works seamlessly with any Nest/Google Home devices you have throughout the house. The recommendation/user experience really is good too, as you can link up a number of different streaming services. YouTube TV integration is great too. User interface is a little choppy at times, but at $50, you can't really go wrong with this. Especially with 4K.

Bought this to use with my non-smart Samsung TV. I wanted to be able to stream and browse content without having to spend hundreds on a new TV. This nifty device basically turned it into a smart TV. The remote even controls the TV power and volume functions. Extremely easy to setup.

I love this little thing so much. It’s easy to use and set up. Seamless integration with my Google Home. The remote is easy to use and I love the dedicated button for YouTube and Netflix. I wish it had an app for Apple TV+ but it makes sense that it doesn’t. Much better than previous Chromecasts.

Easy to install, works perfect and fast and hasn't any problem with this product.

I bought this on a whim to replace my Fire Cube, which has been showing signs of slowing down with some pretty gnarly lag. The Chromecast has a beautiful and intuitive interface and is fast and snappy. No complaints here!
