Fast, superior picture, very easy and intuitive to operate

I use chromecast on all my home devices. I just updated to the new chromecast and like that it comes with a remote. Super easy to install and use.

So nice to have the remote for when family visit who don’t use casting from their devices. Much snappier than my old non-4K fire stick.

I bought this device over a year ago and definitely like it a lot more than my built in Samsung smart functionality (My TV is from 2017). It's faster and has more apps. This device replaced my entire TV's functionality, I rarely touch the TV's remote. If I were pressed to name a downside it would be that on the rare occasion it will hang up for a few seconds, but I only mention it because I don't like reviews that are 100% positive.

Excellent in performance, quality and price! I highly recommend this product and especially, from Bestbuy which is the lowest price ever.

Awesome device by Google. Really happy that Google decided to give customers a user interface (Google TV) and a remote to go along with the Chromecast. It's very smooth to navigate through the interface and I really like that it consolidates all your shows and movies into one place and you can add them to a watchlist. It saves you time on jumping from streaming app to streaming app trying to find that show or movie you've been watching. I'd definitely recommend this product if you're looking for an "Android TV" experience or looking to replace your Firestick.

I am very surprised how great this is considering its low cost. I would have paid $80 for the features this has. The home screen shows recommended content from all your subscriptions all in one spot, great for knowing about content on an app you don't use much (for me its hulu). A huge thing for me is the remote. There is a programmable power, input and volume buttons to control your TV/soundbar, plus it helps you program them. The chromecast just asks you what brand it is and tries a code one by one, asking you to test the buttons after each.

Works great, Menu better the competitor. The remote is very good in navigation and the voice command is a easy short cut to get to what you want.

Amazing! I love it! It's so much better than the original. I love that I can use only this one remote. My bf has the apple TV and his remote isn't as accurate. So let's say your watching a recorded show and you want to skip the commercials. With apple you have to go back and fourth. Sometimes is goes beyond and you need to press backwards. I think it's because the remote is touch. The Google remote is manually. So it's more precise, I like that and I tease him about his apple TV. I think it would be helpful if they did a button up and down for the channels. So you don't have to go to the channel guide to change to your next channel. That would be my only con. But no other has done that yet. Other than that it's great!

This is an excellent choice for streaming. It's very easy to set up if you have a google account. The interface is set up nicely and very snappy.

I like it because you can organize all the app you are using. You can also access all other smart devices you have linked in google. Voice command makes it faster to find the movie/show you are looking for and it will give you option to see right away which ones are free. Only thing I cannot do is switching the input from my receiver. I have a Bose receiver, it does not allow me to setup the google tv remote to switch inputs on my receiver and I still have to use my Bose remote to change inputs. Other than that every function in the remote works.

Easy setup & Clean interface. Much simpler than the fire tv stick.

Works remarkably fast and has a great interface similar to nvidia shield. This is a winner. Highly recommend. Picture quality is very good as well.

Chromecast with Google Tv is the best one yet. I have owned every version of the Chromecast and this one is faster and more consistent in performance than any of the previous versions. I was initially concerned with the addition of Google TV that it would lose some of it's Chromecast functionality, but it did NOT and is actually faster to respond than before. Plus now you have the fully functional and updated Google TV. Which is directly comparable to ROKU and Fire TV but has even more functionality with the addition of more apps.

Nice update from previous gen. Interface is very straight forward and the remote comes in handy. Casting to my TV can be a bit buggy though

well this product slowly gets better gen after gen, interface is excellent, remote very responsive and simple to use much better then the firestick for sideloading apps and it is faster and better for game play.

I love my chromecast, its snappy, fast and easy to use. It's also alot more capable than my roku in terms of software it can run.

Awesome UI. U dont need any other remote, as you can setup and configure other remotes to work with Chromecast remote. Easy setup configuration

It works very well. Cheaper than other options (it was at the time at least) and the remote works well.
