Hope Google is reading this: The controller is amazing and the fact you put an input selector on it makes it even better. Chromecast is so much more attractive to consumers regardless of which ecosystem you're in when it has a remote that will control your TV critical functions so you never need the TV remote.

Better Than Fire TV & Roku! awesome interface, speedy and intuitive

I love this! I both have this as well as Apple TV and they are both great. So easy to install and use. It is so simple to turn on and use that even my toddler boy tries to have an access to Netflix! The design is so modern and simple that makes it even more special. I have been buying a lot to give as gifts to my friends and families! Amazing product!

It has a nice interface and easy to add those not so legal steaming apps to. But it ran out of space while I was streaming a. 3gb movie. In 2020 this is uncalled for this thing should have like 64 gb from the factory. Other than that it's alright. If you want those illegal movie apps on your TV and want to get to them easily then get this but other than that get something cheaper.

This Chromecast with Google android TV is a best combo to have a single pluggable device on my Projector to use it as a smart tv as well as to cast anything to my project. The 4k support quality is doing its best and I love the picture quality as well (not at its excellent par as I use it through a projector).

I'm not sure if the dongle is defective but it will not play 4k content. I have it plugged in directly to the tv and with the power adapter it came with. The Samsung 8 Series TV plays 4k content through it's own tv apps and also from a 4k disc player. I installed the movies anywhere app, opened the app and selected the movie I wanted to see. In the movie info section it had a note stating this device does not support 4k. I tried casting to the Chromecast using Movies Anywhere and Vudu, both failed to play in 4k. The Movies Anywhere & Vudu app just won't recognize it as a 4k device. These apps will only play in HD. I love the remote, it actually controls the volume on my AV receiver. It also turns on and off the tv. Loading apps is a bit quicker than the Samsung TV apps but not that much faster. The only reason I purchase this device was because I need a device to cast my apps to the tv but this failed to deliver in 4k. I guess I will continue to use my Samsung TV apps to view my favorite movies and tv shows and my old regular Google Chromecast for casting.

Extremely easy to set up and the voice control works every time!

I am a Roku guy. But as they don't offer HBO Max my wife wanted a Chromecast. I'm happily surprised this is a great little dongle that gives you full access to everything that you do on Roku but including HBO Max. The little remote is easy to use and responsive. Once my roku's are finally out of service I think I may consider moving to Chromecast

Great. 4k on TV and easy to use. Awesome quality.

This is a Chromecast Ultra with a UI. It is amazing and a 1 stop shop for streaming. I love the remote, but the power and input selection buttons are at a really odd position. It's great that I can use the remote to control my TV and soundbar. The worst thing about the UI is that it shows you shows and movies that are not in your selected subscription services. I wish we could limit the home page to only my selected services. That would push this to a 10/10.

These devices have a snappy response and are easy to use. It synced with my existing google accounts and I had it working within an hour.

I have tried them all (Except apple tv tbh because of the price). This have topped them all and is my first choice due to simplicity and power. I like the design, interface and top of that now you can connect stadia to play AAA games on it. Don't think twice if you are looking for a great streaming device on a good price.

One of my favorite purchases of the year. Access to so many tv shows and movies you could easily spend an hour adding content to your library and watch list. Remote is quick and responsive, can be a a little slippery at times and hard to see in the dark. Since we own 2 of them I love being able to go from the den to bedroom and continue watching.

I had an old Apple TV that was not supporting some of the apps in it. That is why I have been looking for a new TV streaming device. For its price and its capabilites Google Chrome with Google TV is fantastic. Its remote is way better than the apple tv's one. The OS is very nice and the google assistant through the remote is great.

This product is nice for portability and remote if just using installed apps. Autosetup failed 5 times before i gave up and did manually. Buggy with BT headphones could not get it to connect after pairing tried 5 times, opencoms, never had issue connecting these to anything. Boseflex connected fine so did keyboard. Ineternet drop many times when trying to cast my screen from zfold3, the casting would constantly drop. Googlehome would show it as off even thow it was on. Never had issues with this on original chromecast. Casting apps from phone slow and glitchy. Not sure if new update has a bugs, but this is simply toomany bugs at once. If not casting from phone or using BT headphones it will prob be fine for most. Very portable stable with built in apps and nice remote. But very lacking and buggy with extended functions. Will be returning. I think i may just shell out the money for Shield TV not as portable but works flawlessy.

Over all great picture. 4k resolution. Steam Dolby Atmos signal from provider. "Received if your TV is Dolly digital" and tuner/soundround sound is Atmos certified. Totally enjoy it. Can control via any Android phone or tablet. Remote control easy to use, but, too bad it's not backlit. Over super operating system.

The Chromecast with Google TV is the perfect way to make an old TV a new one. I bought one for my other and he was instantly connect to online apps such as Disney+, Prime, Hulu etc. It is easy to use which is great because by brother can get frustrated.

Good for streaming. Easy to use. You will like this product.
