One of the finest product from Google. If you're technical and want to try different apps then your best bet would be this product!.

Setup was easy. It works as described. The placement of the volume control is oddly placed as the remote has a tendency to slip out of my hand.

If you liked any of the original chromecast then you'll love having the remote and the apps instead of having to cast something from a phone or computer.

Works really well is very fast. Love how it controls everything.

My daughter loves it. The voice control from the remote and the quick app buttons on the remote are some of her favorite features.

Easy to set up. You can opt out of googled more invasive privacy attempts. Sorry, just want to watch TV you don’t need all that information.

Excellent device for streaming from laptop and any phone. It does not get stuck like other streaming devices. Remote is very sleek and easy to use.

Love the ease of use. Although I would like for it to have remembered the last thing I watched so I can continue it directly from the first page. Instead, I have to go to the app and go from there. Other than that, awesome.

Don't love the native apps on most TVs, I almost prefer a "dumb" TV with a Chromecast

I am convinced that this is the best smart device for your TV that is out there (mid 2022). I've bought 3 of them now. It makes great recommendations and is conscious of your own subscriptions. You know if you're going to have to pay before opening a show. My only complaints are that the interface stutters regularly, there is sometime a small bit of input lag and there is no 120Hz support. For a $50 device this is all forgivable but I'd be willing to pay quadruple for one that ran the way it should. Also, I've noticed that the whole interface is a little dark except for the content/app you currently have selected. It was annoying at first but I got used to it.

This is the streamer i've been waiting for. If you have bought into the google infrastructure of smart devices and youtube tv and music... This is a must own.

Best streaming dongle on the market, snappy interface, great integration with Google Home/Assistant and no constant bickering with content services.

Works well. I like the interface. Being able to create a watch list that spans multiple apps really helps to avoid just browsing forever.

new to this streaming and cutting the cord. Love the ability to use on all my TV's and move throughout the house as needed. Simpe to set up and use.

Bought it because i needed to be able to cast in 4k and my older chromecast wasnt able too really satisfied it was time to upgrade.

I own several android tv boxes and this one blows them out of water mainly because of the chromecast functionalities. Compared with Chromecast Ultra, this model is better other than ethernet connection. But you can buy a usb-c based hub that provides faster ethernet connection if you really need the wired connection. My only complaint is the Google should provide a version of Chrome suitable for TV boxes. You can side-load many apps. If I am tied to Apple ecosystem exclusively, I'd go with a Roku product, for others, this should be the product to have

This little device honestly is so useful and for the price you absolutely can’t beat the value, and now with the remote is a great upgrade
