The features and benefits make this a top pick in my book for streaming boxes. I love the voice command features the utilize the remote control voice command button, but also the Google home integration that allows you to tell Google to do functions for you. This box allows you to link most, if not all off your other streaming services, and creates a home hub of all movies and shows integrated into one interface. If you want better functionality, and a seemless hub of streaming services, get it. You won't be disappointed!!!

Google integration runs deep and search function is top notch. Also like the ability to change tv inputs.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had Roku prior to buying this one & for whatever reason this one has a problem staying connected to my wifi, and no I haven’t changed internet providers, its been the same since my Roku was hooked up. That's my only complaint. I like having the voice command, makes it easier & quicker to get to what I want to watch.

1. Make sure that your mobile devices and Chromecast are on the same Wi-Fi network.
a) Check your Chromecast Wi-Fi network.
i. Chromecast with Google TV (HD) or Chromecast with Google TV (4K): At the top right of your TV screen, select your account icon and then Settings and then Network and Internet.
ii. Other Chromecasts: On your mobile device, open the Home app and then touch and hold your Chromecast's tile and then Settings and then Device information and then Wi-Fi.

A great streaming device for the price.

Not impressed with Google hiding important parts. There is no Play store icon and really no way to add one. Therefore, you can't easily update apps. It is sort of Android for dummies. To get to the play store you have to ask the Assistant. It really is kind of a bare bones interface designed to be minimal. But the bottom line is it works but has no good native browser or way to side load apps easily which seems to be what they intended. Like all Android devices (I also have a Shield) it does have issues at times with Dolby Vision content from Disney+ and others. It struggles with frame rate matching and that seems to be pretty well documented.

The 4K streaming quality isn’t as good as other 4K devices such S the Apple TV, but this is a lot cheaper too.
