I purchased this to replace the Roku interface on my TCL tv due to it slowing down and being somewhat unresponsive at times. So far, this device has lived up to the promises made by Google. There have been a few issues with internet connectivity and buffering issues, but those are few and far between. I do wish there was profile switching for this that live with multiple people and want to have their own recommendations and use their own streaming accounts.

I was on the fence about buying another chromecast but I'm glad I bought this one. I love that all the apps are built in and I don't have to use my phone to stream anymore. The video quality looks amazing when paired with a 4k capable TV. The included remote works great and I love that I can search for shows and movies with my voice.

I like it better than the fire stick. Very easy to use!

Good but not great. Still some lag when using the device. It is android and most of the apps are avaiulable.

Bought this chromecast to turn my gaming monitor into more of an entertainment area without having to run my console or pc. Love having all streaming services available in one place, especially like being able to screen mirror my phone. The remote 8t really responsive, load times are fast, and the video quality auto adjust for the connection available. My only issue is that there weren't more color options available when I ordered.

The best smart tv operating system I have used. I have tried them all and by far this is my favorite. I will never go back to any of the subpar platforms that is unless of course they actually make them better but for now Google TV is the place to watch.

Great competitor to the Apple TV. I have both and this does a lot that the Apple TVs has tried to do but don’t do all the way. Only gripe is that there are a lot of apps that aren’t on here that other streaming devices offer. But most you can still cast so there’s no worries there. Cost is a little high so I’d wait to catch this on sale

The remote and the welcome screen are game changers for Chromecast devices. Definitely worth the upgrade.
