This just works. All your streaming services in one place. Recent updates added Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. These were the only things missing at launch. I had previously used an Nvidia Shield Pro, but a recent software update bricked it. Making the transition to this product was a breeze.

This a great product and so simple to use with other google products. I opted to purchase Chromecast with Google tv over the much-expensive Apple TV, it was $100 cheaper and does the same thing even better. I highly recommend this product for high-speed streaming. The only issue I've with this product is that it doesn't have a Spectrum TV app which Apple does. Get the Spectrum TV app and watch this product sells like hot bread.

Works as a remote control, especially for our large 4k TV

Easy to set up. Works great! I now have 3 of these.

I've got a 46" TV from 2010 or something that still works. This makes it feel like a modern TV and I don't presently care about UHD from newer TVs. I like that this product exists. I like the parental controls I can set up too. Setting time limits and app limitations for my kids is easy and I can extend the time if I need to.

Finally. My smart tv is not so smart after all. The browser did not have the ability to tune in the basketball games I wanted to stream. This Chromecast product solved my problems.

Easy to use, and great quality. It is very affordable.

I really enjoy the Google TV UI over regular Android TV. It doesn't compete hardware wise with the Nvidia Sheild, but for the price I would not expect it to. Yet, there can be occasional hickups when navigating through the interface. The Google Play Store has a robust selection of apps. From what I can tell, the platform is only missing BritBox and Apple TV+, but unless you are heavily into the Apple ecosystem, I don't consider it to be a deal breaker.
