I have previously used other streaming devices and had many issues.But this is really good i used for my projector and the video quality is awesome.. easy to pair the remote

This is the streaming device that I've been waiting for! Finally a full fledged streaming experience with all the platforms. I can throw all the other sticks and dongles in the trash! HBO max, amazon prime, netflix and all the rest.

My TV is old. It is a Samsung 1080p which is no longer smart. The CCWGTV is really to replace the old apps that Samsung doesn't update anymore. I didn't have the chance to test all the features, but everything that I wanted works, including the low end Bose soundbar. Can't be happier.

I have a 2014 64 inches Samsung Plasma Smart TV that has everything but apps... So with this Google TV I can use HBOmax, Hulu, Disney+, Star+ and almost any streaming service I need.

Love my Chromecast! Helps me cast workouts from my phone and also access all of my Netflix, Hulu, and other accounts on my TV as well. I now have one on every tv in my house.

love it. much better than others. only downfall is that it needs a usb-c hub to attach anything else. Youtube TV needs to be $10 less or get more channels.

My xbox was connected to my projector and sound bar to watch movies on my projector. This Chromecast makes everything much more simple because I can connect it directly to the projector via HDMI and to my sound bar via bluetooth.

First I didn't like Google TV. Sure it has a lot of things you can get to but I'm old enough to remember when you turned on a TV it just came on and started playing the most recent channel. I hated having to go through several clicks just to watch what I want. How about defaulting to the last thing watched? The design of the remote is really dumb. The thing is like a greased boiled egg. You made it a smooth oval shape so you have to look at it to see which end is pointed where. Give it a shape you can feel so you know what you're doing without looking at it. Also make it easier to hold onto and the buttons obvious by feel. Lastly, I bought several of these things for my house and since I didn't like it and switched to cable (the lesser of 2 evils), the devices appear to be useless. I tried to find out if you can use them without Google TV so I could still use them with my Google Nest. You know, verbal commands stuff. From asking Geek sqd, looking online and asking anyone in your store, nobody seems to know what to do with the devices if you don't have GTV. That's a costly mistake. For people who are disabled it would be great just to be able to use the smart features. Try thinking about people are are not 16 and would just like a practical device. It's too cutesie. I got rid of cable to get this for my home. Cable is too big for their britches and generally sucks as a monolopy. Your senior management people make way too much money to allow doing the minimum. How about trading in 5 percent of your millions to make your company one that people seek out instead of having only one choice? Make it far better. Greed was cool in the 80's. Now it makes CEO's look like money grubbing jerks. Let's get back to real value and service shall we?

easy to use, I like it better than the roku device

Great streaming device. If all you do is stream content (no gaming), this is for you. The remote is fine. It does what it’s supposed to do. Buttons are responsive and works great. If the remote isn’t your thing, just use your phone.

It was great when this was first released, but now its nowhere near as snappy as it used to be. Sometimes pressing up or down button, there is a good 3-5 second delay. Hoping an update will fix this. The good thing is it has apps only Google/Android TV has, including international apps.

I never thought it would happen, but there is finally a streaming device that beats the Roku! And if you're a subscriber to YouTube TV, this is the best, automatically bringing in all of your live TV channels through one device tab.

Love love love!!! Everyone should own one of these!!! We were thinking about upgrading our tv as we couldn’t access Disney plus… stupid I know. Purchased one of these instead! Much cheaper and way more convenient!

Good to hold you over until you can upgrade. When we first got it and started watching TV it was constantly buffering. After doing research we saw that we could but an Ethernet adapter. We bought it and haven't had issues since. If you buy this, buy the Ethernet adapter too.

Streaming is good if you have Google TV. If not, then it's not worth it. No Apple TV. Doesn't combine several streaming services into one guide as the Fire TV sticks do. FireTV 4k is a better alternative. Yes it doesn't have HBO MAX but you can side load that

The remote is not the greatest thing about the device. It's fast and reliable but I really dislike the remote. If your TV supports HDMI link and you can use your TV remote then get it no doubt. Much better than stock Samsung UI.
