Works very good. Wish the remote was bigger or a different design, slips out of my hand quite easily. Some times it locks up and needs to be unplugged and plugged back in to restart.

Performance wise - the device centralizes a lot of the streaming experience and provides a 'remote' for the generations that need something tactile. Con: The remote layout is not great. The volume buttons especially. Shape/finish of the remove makes it easy to drop.

We had a Roku TV but it wouldn't run many of the streaming services that we use on our other Andriod TV (SONY). With this we can leverage all our other Apps and home automation on the Roku TV.

so the kids wanted a smart TV so I got this for them instead. Saved some money doing so.

It basically makes a tv into a smart TV. I have older tvs that are adequate in size but don't have high end features. This was a low cost way to upgrade the TV without spending hundreds. I'm very happy with the purchase.

All is great, except I'm not sure if it's because my TV is older but after a while it will go to a blue screen, so I have to stop movie back out then continue where I left off. It's kinda a pain, don't know why but like I said I do have an older TV that's not really smart.

I have an older TV in my basement and my teenage son suggested getting this and it's help take our old tv to the next level!

Definitely a huge improvement from the original model. Not sure what took me so long to upgrade.

I have been using Chromecast devices since they first came out. I wish I had this newer unit on more of my TV's! Voice recognition and no need for a smart phone make it very easy for everyone to use.

Easy to set up and use. The voice feature works great. Great addition to the smart home.

Great UI and support for all the best HDR formats for less than $100. As far as I know, this might be the only device that ticks those boxes.

Best Chromecast ever! This product integrates many of your online services into one device and creates a seamless way to navigate the many options. The one thing it lacks is AppleTV and their products but that's okay by me.

Works great as a cheap alternative to the Apple TV. Bluetooth support is great and for anything other than heavy emulation, it works great. Casting is buggy sometimes with PC though and just doesn’t show up on chrome sometimes.

This chromcast works perfectly with our Samsung tv we also just bought at Best Buy. Very friendly staff and helpful

These are really good if your tv aint a smart tv. Adds all the apps you would get on a smart tv.

The remote is a little too small and a little too slippery. I like that I can leave my Chromebook in my office when I use it to steam from web sites to watch in my living room. and all the streaming controls on the chrome-cast remote work fine.

Performs well and the UI looks really good. I like that it has access to all the top streaming services. It is missing some features I feel it should have but the device is new and I'm sure it will be updated in the near future.

Works just like the FireStick, only difference it has the Google interface. It connected easily with my Google hub. Giving it 4 stars due to a few misunderstandings with the voice control but, honestly, I have not used it enough as some downloaded streaming apps within are not compatible with the voice control.

It works great for streaming, but I find it kinda slow when it comes to streaming photos and videos from my phone to the Chromecast. Not sure why, but the audio rarely syncs, and sometimes the videos stop playing even though the audio is still going like normal. Anyway for the price, it works well enough.
