I bought this because my Samsung TV wasn't streaming in 4K regularly. This doesn't only steam in higher quality, it comes with a voice activated remote which makes it super easy to navigate.

We have the firestick, roku and xfinity flex. The google chromecast is the superior item. The remote was a selling point as it can control the tv and sound bar.

When it works it works well but occasionally it does have some hiccups, other then that I love it!

I have bought several of these and recommended these to a lot of people. They are great little devices and (way) better than normal smart TV interfaces. They get updates and are fairly responsive under most typical uses. At some point I may try the new Google TV one that has better hardware but for now these have been great.

A good upgrade to my old google chromecast. Awesome to have a remote to access the apps through google tv rather than always having to cast onto tv from my phone

Absolutely love this thing. I've consolidated all of my streaming services onto this one device. I wish it came with the ethernet adapter but you can now buy it from Google for twenty bucks.

We are enjoying this product. Works really well. Only draw back is having to put in our passwords to so many of our different apps. Otherwise it's been a very good upgrade for our family!

Enjoying our Chromecast. Was able to "cut the cord." We did subscribe to Youtube TV and are still saving significant money compared to cable. Love all the options with this!

Turned my dumb tv into a smart tv, love it! Had a regular chromecast before this one but the inbuilt menu makes everything so much easier instead of having to find you phone all the time

Did you know that if you buy a movie on Google, you CANT stream it to your Samsung TV AND theres no app for it in their store either? THAT'S where this device comes in. It a crap shot on when things get released to digital and what format it will be end. I tend to find Google has a wider variety of 4K than Amazon. Its close but more times than not. With this device, not only can i stream with ease but, it brings the most out of the device as far as resolution

Works great, install was quick and easy. Interface is much more user friendly than the built in OS on my Samsung TVs. So good that I bought 2 more for the rest of the house.

It's an excellent product with one major problem. It won't allow you to use Xfinity Stream or the live streaming app for Spectrum Cable. If that isn't a problem for you, you'll really like this. I have no other problems with it.

Previously i used firestick 4k max. There is a lag. But google tv is good lag free and no buffering. Ui was very responsive.

I wish I wouldn't have waited as long to get this. It's perfect! Fast, and has everything. The only down side is that it has to plug into the wall. The usb on your tv isn't enough power.

The great thing. Matches my living room tv with you tube tv. Perfect addition.

I bought it just to have Chromecast on my TV. I have mixed feelings. Cons: remote is slippery and always ends up between couch cushions, under you, or slipping anywhere but where you left it. This makes you have to change the batteries often because you end uo sitting on it all the time. The buttons are like a slippery rubber, so unlike other remotes, this one slides even when you put it face down. My other remotes don't have this issue. Biggest annoyance with this device, so much so that I wouldn't recommend it for this reason alone. The content this device recommends, has NOTHING to do with your subscriptions nor the apps you have installed!! For example, it recommends a movie. And youd assume it's either part of your subscriptions or apps you have installed. But it is not, not only is it not available for you to watch, but you don't even have that app installed. I don't understand this logic. Not only does it do this, but there is no way to change this in the settings. So you have a device suggesting things you can't watch unless you pay money to an app you're not even using and is not free. For this reason alone, I don't recommend this device. I think Roku doesn't do this, but I haven't used a Roku for a while. Also when you use the Google voice to do a command or search something. The audio is extremely loud, there is no separate volume control for the Google assistant. Pros. It has Chromecast, which surprisingly I don't use often. It's pretty. That's all. Buy a Roku or smart TV. Roku has remotes that have an Aux output which is really cool and doesn't have slippery buttons. Also Roku has a find my remote feature.

The best there is I used alot but this is number 1 all hands down the best all at your hands all in one so awsome at a great price so worth it and u will see your self ill never change it
