Impressive performance and usability. Much prefer this Chromecast over the old version which didn't include Google TV.

I am convinced that this is the best smart device for your TV that is out there (mid 2022). I've bought 3 of them now. It makes great recommendations and is conscious of your own subscriptions. You know if you're going to have to pay before opening a show. My only complaints are that the interface stutters regularly, there is sometime a small bit of input lag and there is no 120Hz support. For a $50 device this is all forgivable but I'd be willing to pay quadruple for one that ran the way it should. Also, I've noticed that the whole interface is a little dark except for the content/app you currently have selected. It was annoying at first but I got used to it.

Great alternative to the old Chromecast. The Google TV, assistant and remote control make this great! So far, no issues with integrating all my streaming services.

I bought this for my LG tv. Even though it's a smart TV. I love Google's UI setups. Plus I'm able to cast on the TV.

Google TV is the best way to stream. I have been using one for a while now and bought a second one for our other TV. The best.

Finally, a great portable smart TV solution from Google! The new Chromecast connects to my wireless quickly, logs into all of my applications, and the new version of Android TV works seamlessly. The Google TV unit interface takes some time to get used to but after seeing the difference compared to Android TV 8.0, it's definitely worth picking up. Another bonus is that it is small, doesn’t heat up, and uses a type-c connector. I can find no flaws with it, and although I wish the remote had a different layout, that's more user preference than a reflection of its design. In short, it's fantastic!

Great product. Software is a bit buggy. Assuming this will be fixed with future updates. No Stadia support is a major letdown. I imagine for most people, this is a great mix of 4K, Dolby Atmos support, HDR, etc. for the price.

Great way to make a dumb tv a smart tv. I have purchased three of these.

I absolutely love the new Chromecast & Android TV layout has improved dramatically. I'm a huge fan of the 4K addition, dare I say 8K upgrade coming soon? LOL

Good quality 4k, it’s fast enough with a reasonable price because it was on sell. and hardly recommended it.

This thing is the bees knees! I love it! I use it all the time weather I'm watching something or casting my oculus! Its a must have in every home!

It puts all my video subscriptions all in one place. I can’t live without the chroma at remote now. It makes watching and switching between app so much easier.

The new Google TV/Chromecast is perfect for my older 32” Samsung LED TV. I like how the remote has Google Assistant built-in. It has the look and feel of an Apple TV.
