Finally a remote. Great product, very snappy, and great picture quality.

This is by far the best way to watch streaming services on a non smart tv. I had an old tv that was sitting around and i didnt ever think i would be able to use it and make it like a smart tv but by getting the new google chromecast it made it so much easier. It is so easy to set up and would reccomend it to anyone.

I like very much the integration of all apps in the main screen so you don't have to keep opening apps to load content. Very easy to use, however I have to admit that the ergonomics/grip of the remote is not the better. It easily slides out of my hand and keeps turning as I'm holding it which sometimes is annoying and makes your hand tired from holding it strong, specially during configuration or when browsing, which is when you hold the remote for longer periods of time.

Love it. If you are like me and thought that your smart TV was sufficient, you are wrong. This was the best upgrade and a must have. In addition, the Google TV interface really helps streamline all your services in one place. It even begins to learn your interests and provide recommendations all in one spot. no more flipping through your various streaming services.

This has become my go to streaking device. I use it to watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, DS Video, Apple TV, Vudu, etc. If it has one weakness is that it doesn’t support AirPlay. I use a Roku stick when I want to use AirPlay

It is a paradigm leap for Google as I have been using Chromcast for years and I always feel it is good but can’t compete other streaming devices for lacking many functions. This time Google has made a turning points and changed my perspective, this version is awesome snd user interface is friendly and easy to navigate. Smooth and fast browsing. I like it so far!

I have to admit I wasn’t too keen on getting another chromecast. But after purchasing this one I love it so much actually more than my Roku. The remote could be a little bit better it’s OK just a bit too slippery but the interface is very smooth and easy to work with. I just will be glad when the infinity out finally comes to chrome cast after that so Rocky I’m out.

I was having nothing but trouble with my Tivo Stream 4K, so I thought I'd give Chromecast with Google TV a try. I have not been disappointed. I'm happy with the Android TV UI and the overall performance of the device is great.

Love this thing. I can turn on and off by tv since it's connected to my Google home. Has a ton of apps. I moved to this from a roku which I was happy with but may like this better. It's great that this comes with a remote but can also use a remote app from Google if I need to. It has tons of apps too and gives me the ability to cast my phone screen to the TV.

One of the best streaming devices out there. Dead simple to use and supports 4K and HDR. The apps are all linked to your Google account so if you're an Android user this is a breeze. Honestly one of the best Google products to date. I like the added remote with this model. I don't always want to use my phone.

Works well. Better than slow apps on an old TV. We got this because Youtube TV 4K requires you to set your home wifi. Since this is a new setting and requirement it's only available on smart TVs, i.e. Android Smart TVs. We only have Roku and Apple TV's so we picked this up so that we could make that setting change. Worked easy. But now that we have it we rather enjoy it. Helps make an old smart more up to date. Remote is decent, some of the buttons I wish were different, but just because I'm used to the Roku remotes. They don't have a play/pause button so you have to hit the center enter button. That took a little getting use to.

We are an older couple and just added our first totally WIFI supported television to our house. We needed the Chromecast to make sure that we got the channels provided by Spectrum and that we got the streaming services we subscribe to offering 4K. The Chromecast was one of the choices and it worked great. We also appreciate the Best Buy curbside pick up.

I have owned Fire TV 4k stick for a long time. The sound is always way off on Fire TV. I have tried all sorts of options, but it never is in sync, not even close. If you fix it for one steaming, it messes up for another. I saw lot of good reviews and thought of trying Chromecast. Also I am an android user and have YouTube TV account, so it seemed like a natural fit. Overall I am so happy with Chromecast. The menu is simple and yet effective. The suggestions I get are very much aligned to my taste. The remote is super fast. I like the remote, although I would have liked it to be little bigger, little too small for a average user hand. All is not good with Chromecast yet, and may be future firmware release may fix some of the issues - Like for ex- even though I have updated my services I still get recommendations from services I have deselected. For ex, I do not have Disney+ and have deselected it, I still see recommendation for Disney+ movies. I guess google algorithm gives priority to your taste and recommends movies. Also sometime I see a movie listed as available on YouTube TV but when you click on it, it is available on some other streaming service. So there are some glitches that are annoying, however not enough to not own this product and recommend. It’s a keeper.

Great update from previous generation. Fast and easy to set-up.

If you need a streaming stick/box get this for 40$ it is amazing and beats out the Apple TV and fire TV. The only reasons not to get it is if you need airplay or if you need to stream games then you should look at the Nvidia shield

Haven't used it enough to give 5 stars but love the interface and speed of the device
