Much better than Roku products I've had in the past. I bought it to modernize my Samsung smart TV and it's like having a fully new TV

This is my first Chromecast and I love it. I have been using the Amazon Stick 1st generation and there is a significant difference in performance between them. I would recommend this product and looking forward to further versions and OS upgrades to support more apps.

I have used just about every Chromecast there is. All are great but this adds some additional layers. Android TV, now renamed to Google TV, is a huge plus. The remote is also a nice touch. TiviMate works great on it for those looking at using it for IPTV.

This chromecast is better than Amazon fire stick and Roku. It provides Dolby atmos sound on Apple TV and Disney plus, although it didn’t work with prime videos for some reason. I also love the remote it comes it, this remote has an unique able to pair with multiple devices.

My old smart TV is not receiving any updates anymore. So with this Chromecast I can use all my favorite apps again. Its extremely easy to connect, as I also had the google home app installed. The only item what i am missing, is the Google photo app, to easy browse my Google drive photo's.

Pleasant surprised with how easy this was to set up. I usually have my husband do these things but I wanted to "cast" Rouvy to my TV so I could cycle on my exercise bike in Ireland. Worked great and I was up and running in just a few minutes. I use it several times a week now. I highly recommend this product!

Overall it's a great device, but Google did a poor job ensuring 4K, Dolby Vision, and Dolby Atmos would be supported by several streaming apps prior to launch. Currently Disney+ does not support it for Dolby Vision or Dolby Atmos. This is a step backwards from Android TV which at least had Dolby Vision support. VUDU and Movies Everywhere only allows streaming in HDX (1080P) evolution, so no 4K, Dolby Vision, or Dolby Atmos. Again this is a step backwards from Android TV which had 4K, Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos support. Hopefully this will get sorted out soon, but if not, I'll be returning the device.

I've only had it for a day but I can already say it's awesome! I've always loved the Chromecast but hated that using it to cast with an iPhone is kind of a pain sometimes. This removes the need to use a phone altogether and works great! I also love that I can control the tv and volume on my receiver with it.

It's great. I cannot download IMDB, which is downer. But it's so easy to use and I love how everything is centrally formatted. The main issue is the design. It is so small I sometimes press the wrong button. It would be easier to manage if it was flat like the Firestick..but that doesn't take away from it's performance.

This is simple to use. I like having the remote to make selections. Added a couple of my apps.

Bought this as a gift and the person I gave it to replaced a regular chromecast and said this is light years ahead of the regular chromecast. With the remote it basically turns your TV into a Google/Android TV. You can still use it to cast things from your phone or tablet but you get easy to use menus right on your TV.

This device gave a breath of new life to our old tv with working display but no smart capabilities. Only one remote needed for all our needs. It is fast and very user friendly, definitely upgrade from other stick devices. Hoping it is more durable than the other stick devices we had as well, will update if any changes.

Very easy setup and gives you full access to the entire Google play store. I run 6 of 7 TVs in my home off of these. Awesome added functionality if you use Google home

Thanks to the addition of “...with Google TV” and the great remote control and voice control option, the latest Chromecast is not only the best yet but it’s one of the very best 4K video streamers around. It's easy to find what you want, the video quality is excellent, and there's impressive audio. It's missing a few built in apps, but overall it's an excellent choice.

I love this thing. I got this to cast to my new 4k TV but I don't think I've ever actually cast anything to it because I love the provided Google TV hub. It's extremely well designed and it's easy to go between my different streaming services, youtube, etc.

The new platform of incorporating a common Browning area, where content from every app can be searched is amazing. It makes it easier for older users, and make streaming a lot easier for them as well. Also, tying in your Google Library, for digital titles, is also a great addition. Definitely recommend.

Nice form factor and I love the remote compared to a chromecast. Being a Nvidia Sheild user I wanted the Android TV experience for a cheaper price for my family room. However, this doesn't have Android TV, this has Google TV. I thought it would be the same but it's not. Android TV has the Play Store, Google TV does not. There's also ads. For $50 you can't beat it. Way better then a roku or fire stick.

Easy to setup, i find the remote a little small and the volume buttons in a awkward location in my opinion. The interface is easy to maneuver but not able to pair with my Stadia gaming controller and this also does not support my cable providers application so i cant watch my cable subscription through this device.

Easy to learn and use. Compact. Can use voice commands to locate programs.
