Took a bit of getting used to compared to the original chrome cast I have, but this is amazing once you have it all set up! The ability to have all my subscriptions in one spot makes life easier. I use mine everyday for shows and kids movies

Was not sure what to expect, but very happy with the Chromecast with Google TV. Very easy to set up and the user interface is easy to use. Added the various streaming services and now easy to see and search our YouTube TV, Disney+, Discovery+ and others.

I love this product. This is the best interface for YouTube TV integration. It is nice to use on my Roku TV so I don't use the Roku TV part of the TV . Maybe I should get a Samsung TV to use this on too. The remote curve sucks and it's difficult to hold at times.

I’ve been using the new Chromecast with Google TV for a few months now. The platform is slick, the google assistant is great, and the price point is compelling. Some cons I’ve experienced: the platform hasn’t worked out all the bugs just yet, with Hulu occasionally crashing when selecting ads. Once the kinks are worked out, this might be my favorite!

I bought this because my current smart tv interface was very obselete and would crash a lot. I already owned an older chromecast but not with google tv. This was hands down a great decision and I use it literally every day.

Just what I needed. I use Plex to stream media around the house and remotely. My 4k TV can't handle the formats coming from Plex (and I don't want streams transcoded). I tried using an XBOX One but the audio sync is always an issue. I upgraded the video card in my PC to a 4k capable model, but it can't handle HDR content very well. So I started looking at streaming device options. I'm deep in the Google ecosystem so I figured for the price I'd give it a shot. Hallelujah! This thing is awesome. Setup was easy breezy, lemon squeezy. It's been working well, controlling my TV and home theater receiver. The biggest drawback is the size of the remote and button layout. And dedicated play/pause, fast forward, rewind, skip buttons would have been great. I will definitely be buying another unit for another TV!

A nearly perfect streaming device. Google's often buggy Bluetooth support in Android causes issues with this device, too. Bluetooth connected headphones and speakers might disconnect or cause odd issues in some apps. Highly recommended if you don't use Bluetooth but, even if you do, it's a great device; just be alert for unexpected issues.

Has its quirks, but it's great, it easily allows you to access multiple streaming services. The quirks - it won't always update its continue watching list properly from all streaming services, so your list might show a few program's you've already fully watched

Finally, the Chromecast is a contender in the living room! Before now the Chromecast was ok... but not ready for primetime. Now it is! I do not know what took them so long to add a remote, but it changes everything! This is not a true competitor to Apple TV!

Long overdue product for Google. Finally they put an on-tv interface on their chromecast devices. Great connectivity and program tracking with the streaming services. When you compare to the competition (like Apple's TV) it is amazing what you get from this.

Love love this. I’ve always been a fan of chrome cast and this makes the whole experience better. The remote is the best part. Easy access to YouTube and Netflix which are my most used entertainment apps. Voice search straight from the remote is unbeatable.

Wanted to try this out in place of my Rokus as they can be a little laggy even with the top of the line version, plus everything in my home runs with Google. I absolutely love the smooth interface that is easy to navigate and customize to what you want!

Still use this device years later, absolutely love it, highly recommended, hasn’t slowed down with time, just as fast as the day we bought it.

I'm still learning to use this new Chromecast, but I like it. I have the Chromecast without the remote control on another television and am considering switching it to Chromecast with Google TV. I like the ease of accessing different streaming services.

Works amazingly! I can seamlessly cast whatever I want, and I now have full voice control of my TV. Not to mention that it groups all my streaming services into one feed, no more browsing each app for what I want to watch.

Awesome and simple. Sideload stadia for even more fun with a controller. On the streaming side of things this works well. It suggests stuff but also tells you what platform its on AND if you have an account will automatically take you in. Does 4k/60 + HDR10.

I am very pleased with the Chromecast. It gives me the channels i enjoy watching with good resolution in the picture. Highly recommend it. Easy to work.
