Chromecast with Google TV is the best!

This device let's you search by voice with Google assistant, and puts all your streaming services on to one page so you won't need to open separate apps.

It only sucks due to the fact that you have to have it plugged into a power socket with the usb c instead of plugging it into the tv for power as well

The UI is snappy and clean and just simply works. It's worth the extra money to buy this over the Fire Stick.

I searched on Bestbuy and found the new Google TV one ane it was priced very reasonably so I gave it a go. Extremely easy to install and the app is very int.

The price is good and the remote works well with my tv and sound bar, it’s nice to be able to power on the tv, change inputs, surf apps and control my sound bar volume from one remote.

That's my only complaint. I like having the voice command, makes it easier & quicker to get to what I want to watch.

1. Make sure that your mobile devices and Chromecast are on the same Wi-Fi network.
a) Check your Chromecast Wi-Fi network.
i. Chromecast with Google TV (HD) or Chromecast with Google TV (4K): At the top right of your TV screen, select your account icon and then Settings and then Network and Internet.
ii. Other Chromecasts: On your mobile device, open the Home app and then touch and hold your Chromecast's tile and then Settings and then Device information and then Wi-Fi.

I've read online that this was a problem in the past and that it should have been fixed but i am still unable to get it to work. Everything else about it works great and works fast.

Now having an interface & remote control is awesome. I have a few Sony Android TV's already as well & the Android TV OS is starting to become my favorite streaming device.

We prefer this over any other streaming device. Never have problems like the Firestick, or limitations like the Roku. We love our Chromecast and will keep streaming with these.

I love the interface, the integration with the Google Home package. The only issue I found was that Disney+ is not compatible with Dolby Atomos, Netflix and Amazon Prime are, but no the disney+ app. The interface is also top notch comparting to Amazon Fire and Roku.

This new chromecast with remote is by far the best. The remote makes all the difference. I can power on the tv and the sound bar with it. I can even use my Nest speaker to power the tv on.
