I love the Chromecast, and Chromecast with Google TV is a great addition to the Chromecast. However, when I bought the Chromecast at Best Buy it said it came with three months of free YouTube TV. However, when I went to register it wouldn't let me. When I called Google they said that promotion wasn't available anymore. Yet when I purchased the device it says on the package that it came with three months free. Google said it was the stores responsibility to remove that sticker since the promotion was over. Yet I have yet to find anyone taking responsibility for that. That is the only reason I didn't give it five stars.

This makes makes searching a for a movie or show so much easier by taking all the content from your apps and putting them in one place.

I love how it works with all my Google app items . Setup was fast and works good.

Beat Chromecast so far. The remote is super useful, I can't imagine using the Chromecast without a remote now.

Works great. Cleaner interface than Fire tv IMO. Love having the push-to-talk google assistant too. Remote feels well crafted.

Just exactly what I was expecting. Casting is easy and built in apps make things even easier.

I have recently bought and setup both this device and the Amazon Fire TV Cube. In my opinion the fire cube is a better device. The cube is significantly faster. When setting up the chromecast it took about 15 minutes to update the OS and the installed apps to the latest version. With the fire cube, the same process was done in seconds. Also the fire cube has a better remote. The google's remote has the volume control buttons on the side which is clumsy to work. In it's favor, it is easy to setup (although slow), and delivers a very nice picture.

This Chromecast device works well. The user interface is easy to navigate using the simple remote. I recommend this product.

I needed something for the TV in my office mounted on the wall. It’s a smart TV, but it is SOOOOO slow! I love my AppleTV device at home, but it’s too bulky. I needed something much smaller that hangs in the back of the office TV. Saw the Google release this new device, saw some reviews, and bought it. Perfect. It’s quick, has apps that I need and want from YouTube TV to TuneIn Radio. This is the perfect device at a perfect price. I have coworkers and family members who went out a d bought it after hearing rave about it.

Mostly got this to cast my pixel 3 screen to my tv, since there is no native app to do so. We just installed a cam for our back yard and could only view on our phone, so this was the solution to get it to the tv. Also, use it about half the time now for streaming instead of our 4k Firestick. The color and lighting seem to be better when watching prime video on our 4k tv. Would buy again.
