this is a good piece of equipment. really changed my extra tv into a smart tv with no problems. i’m not a fan of how google has you setup the devices through google home. it can be tedious but once the setup is done the chromecast works amazing. it recommends shows well and will even show you where you let off with certain shows across apps.

Great addition to my Samsung tv. Allows me to stream things that are newer and not on the Samsung app yet

This works great and is fast. The voice remote works like a charm. I plan to purchase another for my bedroom.

Only been using this a little, but everything so far has me liking it more than our newer samsung's tizen.

Huge improvement on the old chrome cast. The addition of the remote and a UI make it infinitely more usable.

Chromecast should've been like this from the start! The remotes buttons are a bit too sensitive since a bump can press some of the giant buttons. And it beats roku in actually having all services like hbo max. Even functions as a functioning remote for the t.v. itself not just the chromecast so power on and volume controll is possible. So I would highly recommend this over a fire stick or apple if you have a android phone since its much more compatible.

New Chromecast has made an older tv able to be used for streaming.

Really happy with the software aspect of the product, but I am not very impressed by the hardware, specifically the control, having had an Apple TV before I got to say that the quality of the remote is more important that the one of the actual streaming box, since it’s what you are interacting with all the time you’re using the device, it’s maybe a little too small for my hands. That been said it’s a really nice value for the price

Was very easy to setup and use right out of the package. Instructions were very easy to follow. It replaced outdated roku that kept disconnecting and slow streaming.
