All mainstream streaming apps are available and Google does an AWESOME job tailoring content to your liking. Only $50! I'd say the only negative I would have is that the operating system isnt quite as fast as Apple TV, and the remote (while great) can be a bit small.

It has all the latest apps you need. The only things that is weird, and I don't think it's googles fault, the chrome cast won't send the signal to turn the tv on, so to fix it you have to manually turn the tv on and then everything is fine for about 30 days or so and every now and then it happens. I think it's different manufacture programming for the the HDMI arc programming. In short everything is great minus that one inconvenience.

You can then configure your Chromecast Voice Remote to control your TV, receiver or soundbar by setting up the volume, power and input buttons. If you haven’t tried this yet, when you first set up your Chromecast with Google TV, you can still set them up in Chromecast settings. Remote isn’t the highest quality with some cheaper streamers such as the one from ONN being better quality and more functional. If you use a lot of apps though, might want to look at something else as it has very limited storage capacity. You can add powered usb-c hub for more storage but defeats the purpose of a compact streamer.

So, if you use services like Hulu, Disney, HBO, whatever it will centralize all your shows to make it easier to find something watch. What's really cool is the Google assistant is installed! I have the Google Nest Door bell, so I can talk into the remote, 'Hey Google' show me front door, the feed from camera appears on my TV!
