best product ever for streaming, don't waste your money on fire sticks get this instead

The Chromecast was super easy to install and set up. Very easy to use and search!

This product is like a portable TV that you can carry with you in your pocket. Just plug it into the hdmi port of any TV and you have the ability to watch any streaming service you subscribe to. You are also able to cast anything on your phone or tablet that is available to cast directly to a television. Great for travel. Just plug it in to the TV in your hotel room and watch your favorite channels.

Beyond incredible in terms of streaming competitors. And without a doubt a vast improvement from the previous version. Not only is this noticeably faster in terms on buffering, but the fact that they made the brilliant move to pair a matching remote is sensible, to say the least. And they went a step further to pre-program the remote with one-touch buttons for the most frequently used apps so you don't have to go to the menu or home page. Instead, it's a quick launch option, much like Roku has on their systems. I really do love this. And of course, it's portable so you can easily move it from one unit to another should you need or choose to do so.

Love using this product. Make navigating so make easier on my tv.

I got it along with a tv for my room, and I brought it down stairs for my sister and her bf to use for a movie even though downstairs was a smart tv, didnmt offer some applications to have most of our animes in one place. We ended up replacing the older version of the cast to this one. Love it. Black older one works still, but takes a while to connect.

I bought this to upgrade an older Chromecast (gen 2) that had issues with rebooting randomly. My setup has included a Roku Ultra and a Chromecast, but now I don't know that I need both of them. I so far haven't found any app on Roku that I use that isn't on the Chromecast. This isn't as quick and responsive as my Roku, but it isn't too much a difference. Overall I have been very happy with this upgrade to my system. I notice that I use the Roku less and less now that I have it so time will tell if it just replaces that as well.
