Very easy set up. Love the apps available. Perfect along with my projector.

I have bought this same item over 4 times already. This is by far the best budget streaming device. Chromecast built in and google tv make this the best you can buy for the price hands down.

Finally. My smart tv is not so smart after all. The browser did not have the ability to tune in the basketball games I wanted to stream. This Chromecast product solved my problems.

Great little unit works as it should.. My phone cast perfect to my television.

Much better product than the old Chromecast without remote. You don't need to use a phone to cast to this and the dashboard shows all of your streaming service suggestions together and allows you to search them all with ease. Only downside is that the remote is very easy to misplace. It is small and easily falls into couches

Very disappointed in this unit. In the setup options you have to select a resolution and frame rate. For instance, I selected 4K 60 hz since my projector supports that resolution. There are two huge issues with locking in that resolution and frame rate: 1. all of the content, even if it was 24 frames per second content, is output as 4K 60 hz. 2. The color space output is essentially 8 bit... What that means is that if you have a 4K 60 hz display, and you want to watch HDR material that is 10-bit, you won't be able to do it. The device will output 8-bit color only... At least that's what it does for my projector. Ideally, the system ought to see what my projector can handle, and then when outputting 4K 60 HDR material, it should understand that it should use a different color space like 4:2:2 or 4:2:0... That way it leaves it up to my projected to decode the color. That's the only way I'm ever going to get 10 bit color.

I have 2 tv’s in the house that have Android TV built in. This was for the older dumb tv. This brings in all the connectivity the other two have baked in. The only thing I don’t like is the shape of the remote. It’s small and not ergonomic at all. Slippery and easy to loose a grip on. Direct has a better shape remote. Also, this replaces a FireTV device. I like this a lot better.

Great tool. Upgraded from an older Chromecast. Remote is an awesome addition.

Worked great was simple set up, got what I needed in a pinch

Works great, coming from a Roku Ultra to this unit. I like the native support for Dolby Vision and HDR10 content, and the integration with the Google Assistant is fantastic! All of your content across all platforms show on the home screen, it takes a little getting used to but now I'm spoiled! I'll be converting my other Rokus over. The only thing missing is a Spectrum TV app.
