And it has many apps that we didn't have on our Sony BluRay player. My only complaint is that it is not very big.

Con: The remote layout is not great. The volume buttons especially. Shape/finish of the remove makes it easy to drop.

It was not an impressive product. The new version is much better. To me, it resembles the Amazon Fire stick with more options. I find the You Tube tutorials on the device to be especially helpful.

When we first got it and started watching TV it was constantly buffering. After doing research we saw that we could but an Ethernet adapter. We bought it and haven't had issues since. If you buy this, buy the Ethernet adapter too.

It's kinda a pain, don't know why but like I said I do have an older TV that's not really smart.

4K chromecast that’s easier for travel

The regular chromecast takes basically resetting to change wifi. Great quality, great apps, works great with the oculus as well for casting.

I got 2 of these for our week long stay at a resort. Its was like our smart TV at home and we had not issue.

It's great, and avoids the incompatibility of some apps with Fire TV and Roku (like HBO Max). If you are getting into streaming or already are and need a new device, I would recommend this one.

It’s hard to compare this to other devices for what it offers. For just a tad bit more features, you’ll need to spend much more on an Nvidia Shield compared to this.

Sometimes pressing up or down button, there is a good 3-5 second delay. Hoping an update will fix this. The good thing is it has apps only Google/Android TV has, including international apps.

We recommend resetting the Voice Remote to see if it might be helpful with the issue. To reset follow the steps below:
- In the upper right of your TV screen, select your profile and then Settings
- Select System and then About and then Factory Reset.
