The buttons are a little sensitive and the remote is very smooth and slippery making it easy to lose.

The only thing for it to work properly is that you need your Wi-Fi to the stick is 2.4GHS. 5.0 does not work will.

I can't cast, which is why I bought, and the new version is all about selling you streaming material. Perhaps it is my school wifi, but there is no tutorial that so far can help me overcome the casting solution. I tried at home on our wifi, and I can't cast photos from Google photos. I understand the advancements, but miss the simplicity of the old Chromecast and believe this device is not a good casting device...but is a self-streaming device.

We recommend checking the kind of network being used at your school. Chromecast requires a high speed Internet connection of at least 20 Mbps, and doesn't really work well with captive portal networks and enterprise networks. But limited on apps ti be down loaded example no spectrum app or charter. Had to return due to that fact.

I usually just use my chrome cast and mirror my phone, but this has been a game changer! This to me is better than the Roku that I also have used before.
