Online documentation and support assume we all know the basics of this technology. That might just be my learning curve on this new paradigm, but so far it is frustrating.

The device supports resolutions up to 4K Ultra HD and high dynamic range (HDR) for superior picture quality, in up to 60fps. Please note that you would need to have a TV capable of 4K to enjoy 4K content.
