Roku was my favorite but Google TV is so easy to use. Pairing it YouTube TV is greater experience. It even solved the issue I had with delayed sound that I thought my receive was causing the problem. I now have Google TV on most of my televisions. The 1 complaint I have is the lack of ethernet port. I had to buy adapters.

I had a 2016 model which I hated, I only used it for a few months. I had to change my Wi-Fi network and it was a nightmare to reset. Funny enough, this happened to me again last week. This new version is amazingly easy to reset! You can purchase a version without the voice remote but I highly recommend you invest the extra $10 and get it, it’s awesome. I will definitely recommend this product.

Chromecast w/ Google TV 4K, problem solved. While the native SmartOS is no longer supported, the 4K Chromecast has brought new life to a high quality 4K UHD set. I'm using the 1 HDCP 2.2 port for Chromecast and the Deep Color HDMI port for my PS4 Pro.
