The interface is straight forward and the recommendations it provides are mostly spot on. The remote is tiny but very functional, the only issue I have with it is the volume buttons are very small so you kind of need to hold the remote in a different way to adjust the volume. The only real issue affects multiple users, you cannot have multiple profiles so your recommendations might get a little screwy if you have multiple people watching. Google has stated that they will be fixing this in a later update though.

It's great if you only use the approved apps (Hulu, Netflix, YouTube) but if you use other apps like OnDemand Korea (korean app like Netflix) it's not as awesome, hence, the 4 stars. I have to press the Netflix icon on the remote and then cast my screen for my OnDemandKorea app to cast. To reiterate, when I use it for Netflix it's great.

I was looking for an inexpensive way to upgrade an older model Sony television that does not have access to apps such as Hulu, Disney Plus, Google Play, YouTube, etc. and this one is perfect - easy navigation, access, app selection, and an uncomplicated remote. Great functionality with a low price.

Couple that with the ability to add my children's accounts so I can monitor/control their access and it's a win win. We have one on every TV in the house that supports it!

No longer have to cast PBS and other apps that weren't available to our older TV because the Home screen allows you to access loads of apps that include PBS, Hoopla (free from our public library) as well as some national network stations. Very pleased with our new tech gadget!

I still can't load the Spectrum app, but I can start Spectrum on my Visible phone and then "cast" it to the TV. The phone is the n the controller. Not what I planned, but I'm glad I had the android phone and it works.

Decent value; buggy software.

Already had to reset it twice after updates (error screen) but is seemingly running fine now. Make sure to setup your volume controls for soundbars/arc separately in the advanced settings for best results! Just enough buttons on the remote for a spare TV with a few inputs. I would not recommend trying to use this as an everyday remote for an advanced Home Theatre setup.

The voice control remote help to launch all the programs and TV shows easily without going on typing old fashioned on the display keyboard. The Chromecast also now helps you to customize the apps and can be installed on it.
