She was kind and listed to what I needed. She directed me to the Chromecast after I thought I wanted another brand which would not have met my needs. I was able to hook up the device to my TV with no problem streaming from my phone. I recommend this device and shopping at the Tulsa Hills Best Buy in Tulsa, OK.

Wish technology could just be plug and play but somehow we're not there yet. Once it did work it's been fairly smooth but I've had to uninstall and reinstall some of the app apps when they randomly decide to stop working. In addition the length of the cord from the HDMI plug to the device is really short and I'm going to have to get a tiny extender so the device isn't hidden behind the TV to allow for a more seamless signal between the remote and the device. I'm surprised it's not longer to allow the device to sit uncovered. However, this device makes it convenient to control the TV, sound bar and Chromecast all with one remote so that's been really nice. It runs faster than the interface of my smart tv which is the main reason we got it. I think the device can use a few improvements but overall I'm enjoying it.

Beautiful upgrade to the tradional Chromecast

The voice control remote help to launch all the programs and TV shows easily without going on typing old fashioned on the display keyboard. The Chromecast also now helps you to customize the apps and can be installed on it.

Great for Streaming from Android Devices

I was initially looking for an original Chromecast (without the Roku-like interface). However, this has been more than pleasurable to work with and stream with, and I would recommend it if looking into devices for streaming from android mobile devices.

I was looking for an inexpensive way to upgrade an older model Sony television that does not have access to apps such as Hulu, Disney Plus, Google Play, YouTube, etc. and this one is perfect - easy navigation, access, app selection, and an uncomplicated remote. Great functionality with a low price.

Works like a charm and converts your dumb TV to a google TV. Only down side is the remote. Wish it had extra buttons for Play/Pause/Forward/Reverse along the navigation wheel as some of the apps wouldn't recognize the navigation wheel left/right buttons as FWD/Reverse buttons.
