My TV has Chromecast built in but it was 720p so TV and movies looked quite pixelated, with this device, I can watch stuff in 4K. (Your TV, HDMI cord, and HDMI ports in the TV have to support it). I also like the simple remote.

I love my Chromecast this little device is awesome,fast easy to use ,nice remote,my only wish would be for it to have more storage.

Great streaming device , maybe the new king of streaming devices . Nice UI, Quick , responsive, only dislike is the system storage.

Google TV interface is great. Just tell the remote what you want to watch and it will show you all the options based on your services. Live TV pulls directly from my YouTube TV account. Even though I have a ROKU TV, I go straight to Chromecast now. The only improvement would be is if the voice control worked like other Google devices instead of needing to push a button on the remote.

If you have a non-smart TV or an older one that does not use the newer apps, then this device will breathe new life into your TV. My TV works just fine, but it could not use a lot of the new streaming apps. This gives me access to everything I need, and the home page allows me to easily access the content of any app with ease.

I like this device better than the built in smart features that came with the TV. It's absolutely faster no question about it. Since it's Google you have access to all the apps available (some devices block streaming services from competitors). Easy to add apps and then access them. It boots up fast, it launches apps fast, and it starts playing content fast. Love it.

This device is amazing, I already had the Chromecast device and was using it on my TV, it has some glitches and other issues so when I saw this come along I decided I would try it out. This is like Apple but so much more and a very friendly user. Once you are set up you have every channel at your fingertips and the rest of it is just a voice search away. Great product

I was reluctant to purchase this as I already had a functioning smart TV. However, the Chromecast streaming service is far superior to what you'll get with any TV. The remote is awesome--small, easy to use, no unneeded button, and has an excellent voice command feature. And the remote controls my home theatre audio receiver.

We had a version of a Samsung TV that did not have apps for YouTubeTV, Amazon Prime, or HBO Max. Installing this chromecast allowed us to regain the full functionality of our Samsung 4K TV. It is easy to install and set up, and we especially like that the Google TV software provides us with one place to go to find programs and movies on all of our subscription platforms.

I have had the Chromecast with Google TV for about 7 months and I am extremely happy with. It has my library, plenty of apps and choices for movies and television. It is very user friendly and it is a joy to get to watch so many shows on my Chromecast with Google TV. I highly recommend this product

Ok so I've used almost every streamer system out there and this is the best looking and actually fastest one. The other one is the Apple TV but it costs $100 more and honestly just for $50 here you are getting a lot of value. It's perfect with Chromecast support and basically all the video formats out there. I took off one star because I liked the "apps-only mode" but it disables search and google assistant and... there's no way I am getting rid off that. Basically, there is no way to customize the home screen.

It is a great device I am enjoying it so much after I tried it I went back and I bought few more to give them as gifts.

Setup was a breeze. Pic quality on my oled looks fantastic. Menu is responsive.

I own a roku TV, an android TV, and the old chromecast and the operating system on this is by far my favorite - I love that I don't need to go into each app to browse/resume shows because recommendations and recently watched media shows up on the home page! I also really love that the remote can turn my TV on/off - it's an old-ish TV and my previous chromecast couldn't do that!

I can stream movies on Netflix, Hulu,max and show time. The picture on the tv are clear it’s a great product, but you must be Abe to connect your TV to the internet.

Simply does what you expect, works well and haven't had any issues so far
